To start us off:
Why 'meatier'? What stops Operation Meatier from being Operation Meatiest?
What are the three essential fillings of a Jill sandwich?
Come February, are you willing to accept the inevitable and absolute victory of Ace Attorney Gang (name pending approval)?
1. As if by magic, you can now understand animals. What’s the first thing you do?
2. You are tasked with creating an animated series. What’s the plot?
3. Jill?
1. What was the most hype Smash reveal for you?
2. Cats or dogs?
3. Aside from NiGHTs or Panzer Dragoon (it's technically getting a remake, but still), what Sega franchise do you wanna see revived the most?
1. The fact that we make no money.
Well, actually, I can't say that anymore. I got $75 in that sweet sweet Patreon money this month! Suckers.
2. Bacon. Three times.
3. In all seriousness, I'd love having Phoenix and Maya as a character. It'd be bittersweet since it would be at the expense of the character I really want, but getting a bronze is better than not getting a medal.

3. Jill?
1. First thing I do is ask my mom's dog why he's ****ing obsessed with me. My brother takes pictures of every time I go somewhere and he longingly props himself up to wait for me.
2. It's a tragedy drama meant for adults. I love comedy and have enjoyed scripting for comedy, but tragedies have always been my favorite novels, games and movies. I don't have specifics, but here's the general idea:
Gritty fantasy medieval setting, like with magic and kingdom politics but not giants or trolls or dragons and the like. A fallen hero, having left the city state that revered him in order to avoid conflict with the governing religious body of the land, finds that the city state has been overtaken and used as a base of operations for the church to take over neighboring city states using it as a base of operations.
The story involves this fallen hero returning to form, and recruiting unlikely allies, finding old friends and enemies and making compromises on his morality to meet the end goal of saving his home from a power he can't possibly defeat. There's a sympathetic villain within the church who is presented as a constant B-plot, proving to be a foil to the fallen hero-- sharp, with conviction and a knee to authority-- but in the the arc's final act, we find that she has her own ambitions to overthrow the church, and our hero has unwittingly hindered those plans with his own, leading to the church having the upper hand over them both and all of their gained allies in the final assault on the city state.
Our hero becomes a martyr, atoning for his shortcomings by using a spell alluded to throughout the series to take out the head of the church directly, a life for a life. He says goodbye to his unrequited love, and ignores the pleas of our sympathetic villain who, as the viewer now knows, could have handled all of this if our hero hadn't ****ed it all up. The hero's self-loathing and strict adherence to justice against himself at the expense of all else paints him as a self-fulfilling prophecy, and makes the viewer question common hero tropes like "kill no one" and self sacrifice for the greater good.
The art style would be dark; not overly gory or off-putting, but a dark color pallet with bright spots of color on characters who matter to clearly indicate their thematic roles. I'm a fan of using animation to speak without words, and if I were in charge of animating, that would be a focal point of character design. I love the movie Hero's way of using dramatic coloring and kind of want to use that as a starting point, but tone it down considerably.

1. Honestly, I think it needs to be Sonic. It's not even that I'm an enormous Sonic fan, but I was always a Sega fan. And when he was confirmed for Brawl it blew my mind. I called my friends and they called me, all getting call waiting on each other because we were all like WHAT THE HELL HE'S IN?!?!
Runner up would be Daisy. I campaigned for her so much for years on here, and when she was shown at E3 I high fived my brother like fifty times consecutively to the point he started saying "OW! STOP!" Too bad she's a Peach clone, though. The character is everything I wanted but I reeeeeally don't like that moveset.
2. Dogs. Always and forever. My dog Andy was my best friend growing up. I still have his collar on my desk.
3. Well since PSO2 is coming to the States, Phantasy Star proper getting a mobile sequel and Shenmue 3 finally being a thing, I've gotta say Virtual-On. The Gundam Versus games are similar in design but they're always too slow for my taste and lack the visual flare Virtual-On had. Honestly I'd settle for a port of the Japan-only Xbox 360 game that I've never played because it's ****ing expensive.
Close runner up: Deep Fear, if only because I'd kill for another survival horror game in the vein of old Resident Evil.
1. Mandatory you ever play Quest 64?
2. If Jill is playable in Smash, what weapons you want to see her use?
3. Have you played every Resident Evil game(not including remakes) and seen all the movies?
Whats a game franchise or game you have never tried but wanna try?
What's the thing you enjoy the most about as a content creator given you are working on your Youtube channel?
Is there any potential newcomer that you would dislike if they get into Smash? If so who it is?

2. Samurai Edge S.T.A.R.S. handgun, grenade launcher with different rounds, combat knife, taser and an anti-tank RPG.
3. The only RE games I have not played are Survivor 2 (Japan only and Survivor sucked anyway) and the mobile game for the movie Degeneration, as I didn't own an iPhone when it came out. Unfortunately I have also seen all the movies.

1. Currently a tie between Dragon Quest and Bravely Default. I'm very, very picky on my RPGs because I just don't have the time to commit to them anymore; I mean, Fire Emblem Three Houses came out two and a half weeks ago and I still haven't beaten it.
2. Having someone you've never met quote your work to you. I honestly don't think there's a more fulfilling feeling than that. When people make comments on our videos or social media excitedly quoting our running gags back and forth, it makes me ****ing happy.
3. A Monster Hunter rep. Not because I dislike MH, but rather, because Capcom has a million other rep choices with character and a generic player-insert would be so incredibly disappointing.
Mass Effect. It would probably bomb because they'd neuter it to hell, but that franchise is just dying to have a Star Wars esque action sci-fi trilogy.
Complete with a male and female version of the film to appease both groups of fans.
1. As of now I've only played FFXII and XIII. So my choice is Phantasy Star.
2. Obviously I can't kill a god on my own, so if I'm going to do this, I need to sow discord among them to get them to distrust one another and weaken their resolve. You start with Demeter, Zeus's sister, as she isn't particularly powerful and is certain to send Zeus on a warpath through his ranks. Then you work your way up by picking off whomever seems most on Zeus's side, ultimately leading Zeus to believe there is a traitor within his hierarchy while the other gods fight back against their leader's growing oppression. With any luck, the gods start killing themselves and save me half the work.
3. Okay so, if this is a battle royale among playable main characters:
Chris
Jill
Barry
Rebecca
Leon
Claire
Ada
Sheva
Helena
Sherry
Jake
Ethan
Mia
Here's how it would go:
Unfortunately we can write off Ethan and Rebecca right away. Both are survivors but they lack the experience and training of just about everyone else on the list.
Just about everyone else on this list has some sort of government training in combat and arms, except Jake who has ****ing Wesker-lite powers. So their training essentially cancels out. Next measure of elimination should be overall survival experience, which would knock out Helena, Mia and Sheva in comparison to everyone else on the list.
That leaves Chris, Jill, Barry, Leon, Claire, Ada, Sherry and Jake. So we need to look at what they've personally accomplished in order to separate the wheat from the chaff. Here's what games/movies each one survived in canon:
Chris: RE1, RECV, RE:Rev, RE5, RE6, RE7-ish and Vendetta.
Jill: RE1, RE3, RE:Rev and RE5-ish
Barry: RE1, RE:Rev2
Leon: RE2, RE4, RE6, Degeneration, Damnation and Vendetta
Claire: RE2, RE:Rev2 and Degeneration
Ada: RE2, RE4, RE6 and Damnation
Sherry: RE2 (as a child), RE6
Jake: RE6
Judging solely by this, Chris and Leon are top contenders and Barry, Sherry and Jake are eliminated. But there's something to keep in mind with those three: Barry is the oldest of anyone here, so sure, he's gone, but Sherry has a regenerating ability and Jake has Wesker-esque (Wesquer) powers and is probably the single best hand-to-hand combatant here. So things get tricky.
Should this be a true battle royale and we assume everyone wants to kill everyone, then personalities and flaws need to be assessed for the final combatants. Here's what would hinder each of them:
Chris: Temper and bullheadedness; he tends to bluntly approach things with force (like boulders)
Jill: Being out of battle for awhile now. Out of everyone on this list, she's been out of commission the longest post-RE5
Leon: Shown to be gullible in many instances
Claire: More of a protector than a fighter; she can survive to save others but hasn't been shown to be a killing machine
Ada: Probably the weakest physical presence of anyone
Sherry: Aside from her regenerating powers, the weakest resume of everyone
Jake: Over-reliant on his powers and lacks the formal training and experience of everyone else
So with all that being said, I'd say it shakes out like this:
Jake loses early on because he can't dodge bullets like his dad, and while he may take out someone before going, he'd ultimately be killed. Sherry doesn't die right away; she gets shot, left alone to assumedly bleed to death, only to come back fully healed. But she still doesn't leave much of a mark on the battle and ultimately dies from something she can't regenerate from. Claire fights well, but her lack of formal training that others have ultimately dooms her.
This leaves the argument of who would win among Chris, Jill, Leon and Ada.
Chris lasts until the final few, but ultimately loses to someone else's strategy. While he may be the single best all-around combatant, his approach to striking first and thinking later wouldn't serve him well in a battle royale. I mean, he took on Wesker in hand to hand combat three times after seeing that Wesker had become Neo from The Matrix.
Ada, while lacking the physical muscle of the others, has gadgets and schemes. She wouldn't fight anyone she didn't need to, and view the entire fight as more of a chess match than a fight for survival. She'd pit people against others, lure people into traps, that sort of stuff.
Jill is understatedly smart and likely wouldn't fall for Ada's schemes. She's been shown to take down Chris in hand-to-hand twice despite him being like three times her size, but the question is-- assuming this is happening at present-- is she still capable of doing that after being out of the game for ten years?
Finally, Leon is the best lone wolf of everyone. He made it through RE4, Degeneration and Damnation with, basically, no help. In a battle royale, his self-reliance, secret service training and plethora of experience makes sure he lasts to the final two or three.
In the end... I think the winner is...
Ada.
It should be Leon or Jill, but Jill has a handycap of being this long past RE5, and Leon has never once gotten the upper hand on Ada past that first encounter in RE4. She runs circles around him. I think Ada steers clear of combat, takes out people from afar, and kills whomever's left among Leon/Jill/Chris in the final four.
So. Funny story about that. My best friend and I were at the Gamestop in the mall when we were like 12. We saw a copy of the REmake for Gamecube and wanted to buy it, but obviously we weren't 17 and his mom wasn't going to say yes. So the employee told us, word for word, "Just hide this where you hide your porn," and sold it to us.
We went to bed early that night and waited for his mom to go to bed, then we played it in the dark on his 10" TV swapping the controller back and forth. We were up until like 3am and when Jill got impaled by the knight with the spinning spikes (because we were stupid and didn't realize we could just put the key back) we were both too scared to keep playing and quit. I didn't come back to the series until I was 14 or 15 and could handle it.
What I love about the games isn't actually the "scariness". It's the 3D take on a Metroidvania concept and the limitations of movement and supplies. I like feeling like I truly beat the game by not just surviving it but thriving in it. I love how with each successive playthrough you go from a limping survivor to a wrecking machine, optimizing your inventory and route to more thoroughly win. This is epitomized in the Mercenaries minigame, where initially the goal is to survive to the end, but then it becomes a brand new challenge of beating it before the end. Optimizing your melees and i-frames and ammo usage to kill all 150 enemies within the allotted time, then seeing how much higher of a score you can get each time. I don't think anything will ever scratch the same itch as perfectly as RE5 Mercenaries did.
That we know of already? Panzer Dragoon and Phantasy Star Online 2, obviously. But also Gears of War 5 and Astral Chain. I don't think there are any movies, books or comics that come to mind right now, though I am stoked for whatever the next Dragonball is going to be (because we all know Super didn't really end. It's coming back.)
Oh! And the MCU's version of the Fantastic Four. I want it.
Tragic heroes.
In popular media, happy endings are basically a requirement. Every videogame and nerd movie needs to end with our heroes coming together and winning the day because that's what audiences want. I like when a work of art pulls away from that and takes a more Shakespearean route, leaving us to wonder as the story progresses not 'how will everything turn out okay,' but 'will everything turn out okay'. And tragic heroes, to me, are far more relatable than the heroes that save the day and get the girl by the end. I like conflicts with consequences and aftermaths. I like seeing someone come out of the rubble more broken than he was before-- if he even makes it out at all.
In terms of videogames, my example is always Hawke from Dragon Age 2. God, I love that game.
1. What is second your favorite Capcom series next to Resident Evil?
2. What is your least favorite anime if you have one?
3. Would you rather weild The Vampire Killer or The Monado?

3. Would you rather weild The Vampire Killer or The Monado?
1. Street Fighter. I've probably played Street Fighter the most of any fighting game, including Smash. Honestly, before Smashboards I was a very active member on Capcom-Unity. I've got a lot of Capcom favorites.
2. Least favorite? Oh, that'd be a long list if I watched more anime. It takes a lot of convincing for me to get into one. Or nostalgia. I generally don't even start an anime unless I know I'm gonna like it.
Since I can't think of anything specific, here's my sorta-kinda answer: The filler arcs of Rurouni Kenshin that ultimately doomed the show. They were bad. Like, when I finally purchased the DVD set to watch the whole series, I hated the last third of it without even knowing it was filler; I just thought the show started sucking.
But because that filler was so bad, we never got the real Kenshin finale animated outside of one ****ty OVA. So it's my least favorite anime I've ever watched, even if it's just a part of my favorite anime I've ever watched.
3. I assume Vampire Killer is the name of Simon's whip. If so, that one.
1. To basically be RE2make but with a more intimidating Nemesis, branching story paths like RE3/REmake, and a proper Mercenaries mode in the vain of RE5.
2. Jill. Azura's character design is probably my favorite in Fire Emblem, but as a character she's very lacking. There's so much squandered potential in FE: Fates.
Though, funny enough, Jill isn't even my favorite RE character. I just think she's the best choice for Smash, and the timing is nice because I really want a remake of my favorite of the PS1 REs: RE3.
3. Hard to pick just one. Now that Panzer Dragoon and Shenmue are coming back, I guess it's a tie between:
