Absolutely, but feminism tends to prefer to dynamically meet social roles in the middle so as to eliminate the bad holdovers of both social roles. For prisons it means supporting prison reform so men receive sentences that match women's rather then the reverse. Also eliminating the racial divide which is just as bad if not worse depending on the crime.
