Ultimate Media Ventures has announced Street Fighter V and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U in the next set of games featured for its pro-am Battle on the Strip tournament series.
Battle on the Strip features a pool of giveaways of prizes valued at $10,000 that will be split equally between the two games. It will be hosted at The Foundry at the SLS Las Vegas on November 20th. There also be a cosplay contest with $5000 worth of prizes up for grabs. The tournament will have both a pro bracket and amateur bracket.
Those interested in participating can sign up on the official Battle on the Strip website. UMV is also hosting online qualifiers on November 12th. The top four placements from each game will win invitations to the Final in Vegas, and UMV covering flights from anywhere in North America with one night of Hotel accommodation.
Battle on the Strip will be live streamed starting at 11AM PST / 2PM EST on November 20th via https://www.twitch.tv/battlevegas]Twitch[/url]. Ultimate Media Ventures hopes to continue to bring out various esporpts events and tournaments on a monthly basis.
