I dunno if this is the right forum for this, but I figured you guys would know best.

I've been using a micro SD card with an adapter for SD card slots, which used to work fine. It started acting up, and I figured something got corrupted. So I reformatted the card, and now the Wii says "The device in the SD Card slot cannot be used."

It's formatted as FAT, and has no data. Any idea how to fix it? Card's not broken, it works fine on my friend's PC (Mine doesn't have a slot... sad face)

codfish, all of those assumptions are incorrect. Usually, the micro is inserted incorrectly in the adapter. Also, format as FAT16.

A, but why does it matter?

EDIT: reformatted as FAT32, same error.
When i put my SD card in my Comp and go to select my SD card it ses FAT32 but it still works.... hmm but i do recall it messing up on me.
When it messed up on me I went to properties (on the SD card) and took all the files out and Defraged it and it worked i would try that.
But it came back (but it still works)
