She would be an incredibly unpredicted character, and likely not all too desired, other than being really fun to play with.
The way characters are being revealed, the more unusual, except Megaman, and less likely seen, the further from the release date they are announced.

All the obvious and requested choices are waiting until near game or after to be seen.

It's true it's very unlikely she'll appear.

But if enough Buzz is made for her she has a shot for the next one, it's very much possible.

Or DLC if that's happening, but if that's happening or not is a discussion best saved for when the game is out.

The Point is too believe in your dreams and never give up hope, also friendship is important, and also forget all of those are start dressing fabulously.
