The best I could think of was the Giant Shoe from the European Box Art (well I guess it's just a close up of a shoe...shut up)
It's basically just a Kuribo's shoe from Mario with some actual fashion
It could also be a reference to the weird pinup art you see sometimes

A flying pirouette. It could have hitboxes similar to metaknight's B and suck targets towards the center but unlike metaknight she would have a set trajectory going in a high arc in one direction or the other and it'd do more damage. And it would look oh so graceful.

Recovery moves can really be difficult depending on the character because you're basically thinking "How does this person get airborne?"
