As Smash for Wii U has come out, more people have evolved to that and stopped caring for the 3DS, which came out before the Wii U. 3DS tournaments have become rare, and there are barely and people paying attention to the scene. Either that, or they forgot it exists. It’s about time we save the 3DS action, and do a tournament.

At set start, the lower seed player bans first, then the higher seed player. (1-2-1) After game 1, the winner of the game has to ban a stage, then the loser counterpicks. DSR is in effect as well as the Gentleman's rule.
Additional Rules:
-Two stocks, five minutes
-Best of 3 until Grand Finals
-Grand Finals is best of 5
-If match goes to time, win is based on who has less percentage
-If the two players die at the same time on last stock, it still based on percentage.
