Sat, Sept 15 -Lisle, IL smashfest

I was re-arranging my basement, and i think we can fit a lot more people than i thought. Maybe like 23? and space for like 9? setups.

also, I think my mom is set on making spaghetti,(nice and cheap for a ton of people) you can order pizza if you want. theres a little italian's pizza which is really good nearby

Oh, i thought they were referring to lunchtime. As for dinner, I'm all about momma's home cookin'! Yeeeeeeeeeeee HAW!

I just figured pizza was something everyone can enjoy (except you lactose intolerant folks). :shrug: I guess if there isn't enough interest for pizza, we can just fend for ourselves.

Are there any trains and/or buses that go near here? I might go, but I don't feel like driving, so I'd prefer other means of transport.

and there is a train that goes to lisle (and also to naperville) and i'd assume the naperville stop is closer but i dont really know where the lisle train station is. regardless, you'd need a ride from the train to ryan's still

Looks like the train thing won't work, so I'll be driving after all. Normally, Saturday mornings don't exist, but if there's homemade spaghetti involved, I'll be there at the start.

ACTUALLY, our house also has lactaid, so us lactose intolerant "fools" can have pizza. HAH!

i'm going to bet no...since as of right now it doesnt seem like there'll be a tourny and his mom is making food...

but i guess i'd suggest bringing money for that possibility of food/pizza and the cahnce of a small tourny...cause well...ya never know

but in all honesty, i just cant wait cause of the epic practice i'm going to get. my IC's and Marth need some real people

I'll play you. I want to play some good Ice climber, not Zjiin's nub ICs. Wow, I don't even think I have played Zjiin's ICs...

Anyway, I like small smashfests like these, cause everyone plays everyone. The last cave smashfest I went to I was supposed to play eddie and tink, but when ever I saw them they were just non stop playing one person, mostly Brightside.

Zjinn's IC's might actually be better then mine, but playing good people will force me to get betteron the go so atthe very least you'll be helping me get better. and who knows, my IC's miht be better then i thought they were, haha

All my characters are garbage. They've just been fitted with so many ttrix that they look like the slickest piece of smash this side of the planet. After all, I've only started playing last week. :chuckle:

Well this was fun, beat Eddies gannon today, so I'm feeling pretty good.

Anyway, shoutouts:
Zjiin- I think my samus is better then yours, but probably only my samus. Good matches.

Tre- Sorry about being a bad partner, I was having one of those days.

Eddie- Your samus isn't that good. Lol, keep working on it. Ohh, I hope you are starting to think of me as a threat now. And I thought about this after you left, you said you like being more aggresive, I was on your Peach's *** that whole match, ganon I like being a bit more defensive, then captitalizing on mistakes(Like my 20 to death combo on you), and samus dittos are all about missiles.

Ryan- To lazy to type out your screen name. Thanks for hosting this. Your characters are sick, I gotta get better. Ohh, I'm still laughing from the "Don't think, press buttons".

Jnolan- Nice Seeing you, I think we should make a debait about team attack being on so we can dominate like we did without it on.

Ad_Films- If you practice not killing yourself so much, you will do a lot better. (New twombly for those of you who know).

O D I N- Nice seeing you, I destroyed you our first best of 5, you beat me the second, then our secondary match I won. I guess that makes me better right? Then again, you did win the ganon ditto.

Over all, not many people showed up, but that made it so much more better.

Thanks for not making a mess guys, it made me really happy when i put everything away.
Also to everyone, good matches. (Cept for Eddie cause i had no chance, and therefore not good) but thanks anyways

and... i have a VHS with mostly matches of Zjiin and I, but have no way to get it online. Any suggestions how?
