If your talking about polygon Samus, then it's real. Just shock her with Pikachu.

If you are talking about the Metroid game..hmmm..I know I heard a code for it...Ah! I know, Justin Bailey. Well its actually Just in Bailey (which is a swim suit). I dunno if its together or not and what Metroid game it is (Super Metroid?).

This is a way how you can get Samus without here ARMOR! Go to a versus mode and pick your self as Ness and your opponant Samus.

Use a PK thunder on your self having Samus in front of you.When you push yourself into her exit out of the stage.

Supercheats.com is a very unreliable source of cheats ,especially for SSB.
If you want reliable cheats for N64, you should go to N64 code centre. kicks @ss over there.

It's one thing to pick on a newbie, but having a newbie pick on a newbie, then that's just not right. Anyways, I was board one day and decided to take pictures of SSB, I got a pic. of Samus without her suit and here it is

Although, it looks like one of the polygons, I can say that this is what Samus looks like without here Suit in SSB and although the background looks a little messed (ok so I shouldn't say a little), there are a few problems with either If you would like to see actual pictures of what people though she looked like, there is a topic somewhere in the light house. I hope this clears things up.
