Well, I actually haven't heard krystals voice, so I don't know, hopefully zero suit samus's voice is good though. 100th post!

Like crap, sadly. That is, if the Krystal voice actor is the same as the one from the Star Fox games.
I think they should get the girl from Prime 3, but Sakurai really seems to dislike everything about that series.

That's really a shame. Samus would look so much better if her Prime suit appearance was used, and Jennifer Hale is an excellent voice actor.

OMG yes, Jennifer Hale is so versatile and....she's one of the best. I love her voice. ^_^ Although....Samus is a kick-butt kinda girl. I think Wendee Lee would be more suited. Or Monica Rial. (Don't trash me for that, you ever see Burst Angel? She was Jo, and Jo was NOT sounding higher pitched like her usual roles.)

wait what sound did she make in MP3. All I remember hearing was wails and cries. So it wouldn't really matter in brawl because all it will be is wails and cries.

Jennifer Hale would be good... but we will just have to wait and see. She does voices for like... everything. So it wouldn't surprise me if she got credited several times.

Samus's voice actor in the Metroid Prime series I thought was a good representation of her, so I'm not complaining at all.

I don't think it would've worked for a speaking role. I know how Jennifer Hale usually sounds and I don't think it'd be suitable for her.
I also thought Jenifer Hale voiced Samus in Prime 3 but when I beat the game she was NOWHERE to be found in the credits. Yes, I did checked twice under "Voicee Actors" when the credits were rolling. So im having my doubts and started to think thats all just a legend. Why hire a known voice actress for only some grunts, moans and shouts?

But it is the same sounds from the other Primes, right? Maybe they just reused those and didn't bother crediting her, or she is for some reason not listed under voice actors
please repeat to me why are people so convinced Jenifer voices Samus in the Prime games? If she did she would be voicing Samus on SSBB dont u think? Jenifer also voices a character from Metal Gear so with cameo appearences from them it would've been pretty easy to hire Hale for both Samus and Naomi (from MGS) for SSBB. Yet she isnt hired.

lol, like Samus ever talked at ALL for you to be attached to some actresses' voice.
Im only bummed of the news that Jennifer wont be voicing Samus in SSBB because that means I wont be seeing a cameo form Naomi (from MGS) in those codec scenes cause she is voiced by Hale as well. So it wouldnt make sense to hire the actress to make Naomi and not return as Samus' voice lol now would it?

i prefer the idea of Samus sounding the way she sounds in Prime. Link has never spoken, but if you're a Zelda fan, and they had someone else do his voice for Brawl, you'd notice, would you not?
and anyway, where was this confirmation that she wouldn't be doing any voices in Brawl? or are we all just assuming things?
actually, did anyone ever stop and think that maybe they'll just sample Samus's grunts etc. straight from Prime? it doesn't make sense to hire someone to do/re-do them when they can just take them directly from her games.

LOL, I always turned the voices off in that game... How can you stand hearing Lloyd yell out "Demon Fang!" every few seconds of battle?
Anyway, I just hope that Krystal and Samus sound different. And that Krystal is still British and Samus sound intelligent and strong.

And she's not the voice for Samus in Brawl. That role belongs to the same person who is to voice Krystal in Brawl.
She's voiced Samus since the first Metroid Prime. The developers probably took her voice samples from the first Prime and reused them in Prime 3. Since they didn't have to hire Hale to do any more voice acting, there was no obligation to credit her again. That, I believe, is why her name was not in Prime 3's credits.

Yes, she was Sam in Totally Spies. She also was the voice of the Female lead in Grandia 2. (I honestlly forgot her name, I've not played the game in forever.) Yes she was Sheena in ToS. Jennifer Hale has done so much stuff it makes my head spin. She's just amazing. Um, btw WHO exactly is the VA for Krystal?

Since Assault, it's been Alecia(sp?) Glidewell. BTW, Krystal hasn't been confirmed to be playable. We only know she'll be in some form where voice acting is required.
