Dude I have Peanut butter tuna and egg. You scramble a couple of eggs.. three at the most, get like two spoonfulls of organic peanut butter (or all natural, I try never to eat the regular peanut butter because all of the non-organic ones have trans fat >.<), then right before you take your eggs out put the tuna in and mix it around for like 20-30 seconds, and
