Rutgers UGS Weekly Smashfests!​

UGS aka the Underground Gaming Society at Rutgers holds video game fests every Thursday night at from 9:30 to 11:30 on Busch Campus Center room 122 in New Brunswick NJ.

First time I went there was 1 setup for Brawl and 1 for Melee but if more setups are brought (or more smash interest is shown) there can easily be another setup or 2 for both brawl and Melee as the UGS club is very nice. They also play many other games like MVC3, SF3AE, Melty Blood and such. Their first tourney is planned to be right after Ultimate MVC3 comes out and should be for smash and UMVC3 I believe.

They also hold tournies once to multiple times a semester so coming to these smashfests will keep you updated on that too.

Thanks for the bump. I don't hold the smashfests but I go to it and bring my Wii.

Central NJ needs to take advantage of this.

Any melee goin on this thursday?

Last time I went there were about 6 people playing Melee including Smelly Cat, Eazy, Chris, myself, and another 2 people. There should be some Melee going on again as there has been every week. I'm not sure if I'm going myself this Thursday.
