first of all that is just a rumor, second, I don't believe the 3rd party such as Sonic or Snake will already be as starters, I think they will have to be unlocked somehow

Very unlikely, I don't see Dedede as a starter, and the third party characters as starters is a stretch. Although, no veteran unlockables from the past have been confirmed yet, so it *COULD* be true... at least as of right now.

Yeah, but we don't know when exactly he'll have all of them announced. Everyone revealed so far and those revealed before release except Sonic and Snake could be on the starting roster.

They could, but it's unlikely. Sakurai likely wouldn't make the Kirby trio all starters.
