This also works on other characters as well. They removed the ledge sliding thing when Falcon dash grabs someone close to the ledge.

yeah....sadly instead of just making sure falcon keeps hold of someone at the proper distance for the knee pummels it instead just keeps them from getting hit as they're pushed closer to him.
that "fix" of the sliding off the ledge was a sloppy quickfix that should of had more time put into it.

This happens with every character, if I'm not wrong.
not every character, probably just tall/skinny characters.
The bug itself is pretty funny, because pre-patch you just slide right off the stage like other people have mentioned above, but it was probably better that way, now it looks worse XD
@others I purposely made that title for laughs, if anything falcon is bugged
