just because a character has a similar body shape doesn't mean they will be clones yes in the past that has happened but not only has Sakurai gotten better with the whole clone thing we can't really predict what he will do at one time he said Villager would not be playable in smash then changed his mind
we shouldn't try and follow patterns they change
Dixie Kongs hair can be used for almost all her moves japanese love characters that use hair as a weapon (there is like almost always a hair controlling character in every shonen manga)

There are PLENTY of characters I would rather see before Dixie. In all honesty, she's one of the characters that I actually would prefer not seeing in this game, which is rare for me, since at this point in Smash, I really don't care who gets in. As long as they are interesting and fun to play as, I'm totally fine, but something about Dixie just...doesn't settle with me very well, and I cannot seem to put my finger on why...

With Metal Mario warranting enough differences to rival Dr. Mario, he'd make a good WTF character. Although a Mario clone that isn't Dr. Mario would suck.

Mega Mewtwo Y as a Final Smash is the ONLY thing I see us getting in terms of Mega Evolutions.

I understand, though I would be fine with Dixie in the game. And I find her more likely than King K. Hasn't Had Work in Years Rool. But I'd rather have K. Rool. He screams Smash. Actually, both of them scream Smash.

I would be pretty dissapointed if Dixie Kong got in over King Kr Rool. I mean COME ON all she is is Diddy Kong with hair. King K Rool on the other hand is more unique and diverse because he has a different body shape, height, and weight. We don''t have enough of that. I fully support King K Rool over Dixie Kong because I don't want JUST ANOTHER semi-clone... I want something special. That's why I want King K Rool. :smirk:

But of course... what I want isn't what Skaurai wants. Oh well. :glare:

It exists to drive people to the brink of insanity and severe depression.

Anyway, to answer Scatman's question, I think we will see regular Lucario. Maybe get Mega Lucario as his new Final Smash, though it'd be redundant if both Lucario and Mewtwo got their Megas as final smashes.

Lucas is just Ness with stylish hair

Luigi is just Green Mario

Wolf is just tall blue Fox

regardless they all had their uniqueness. Besides Dixie can't use the barrel Jetpack.

I like your roster, though. Might I ask, though, why have Samus and ZSS as different character slots? It doesn't make sense. Just make them together on the roster screen like how Zelda and Sheik did. It would give you another slot, like for Starfy or someone I would enjoy, like Mona or Ashley.[/quote]

Dixie is more likely to show up.
K. Rool would be much more interesting to play as.
I'd much rather see K. Rool, but I'm thinking a 3rd DK character would end up being Dixie.

On the topic of Dixie, I personally wouldn't mind her getting in over K. Rool. I'd prefer K. Rool, but I support them both and personally I want BOTH of them in, but I don't see that as likely. The chances that NEITHER of them get in is very low.

K. Rool has more potential, but Dixie does have potential as well, and enough for her own slot. Plus, Diddy Kong players would likely have to change their strategy no matter how they are paired together as one. It's not a good idea to change a character that way. Though it could be argued that it wouldn't be a good idea to drastically change clones for players that use clone characters, though most players to my knowledge would prefer a more Luigi-fied Toon Link, while there isn't much want for Dixie to be paired up with Diddy to my knowledge.

I view Dixie as more likely than K. Rool at this point, but there is still a fair chance that K. Rool will get in based on his popularity and potential.


I personally think they both deserve to get in, but I understand why most others prefer K. Rool.

Chrom. It's like puking on a pile of ****. (this is actuall a good discussion: Would Sakurai turn down IS's reaquest to add Chrom because he's heavy Marth?) and yes I'm aware of all those abilities he has and I don't think Sakurai would care IMO.

Can I just take this out of nowhere moment to comment on how much I appreciate that Sonic and Mega Man are different shades of blue? I was worried they'd be the same, but Mega Man has a faint green tint that separates from Sonic.

Am I alone? Probably? Yes?

I would not like to see three Fire Emblem characters all with blue hair. :awesome: I'm mostly kidding haha
