You...you understand that Pantalones Giganticus is essentially "Giant Pants", right?

Might want to change it to "Plantalones Giganticus" (to keep it similar to the song) or make it have something to do with pants.
If I knew Ashley could have a FS about giant pants, I would have supported her the day I came into this hell-hole!
Ah well, there is always hope that she does it as an assist.

B: Paralyzing Spell
Ashley charges up her staff, allowing you to decide which direction to shoot in. Once you decide, just press the direction you want. Ashley sends an electric blast in that direction and paralyzes the opponent for a quick moment. Great for edge-guarding.

Side B: Crafty Hex
Ashley turns an opponent close by into an item for a few seconds. The item can be a capsule, pokeball, or barrel, all of which the opponent breaks out of once the item breaks.

Up B: Broomstick
I don't have to explain. Works like in the Game & Wario minigame "Ashley".

Down B: The Meanest Potion
Ashley brews a potion in a cauldron, and any items or projectiles thrown at her are sent into it. 3 items results in a small but powerful explosion.

Final Smash: Pantalones Giganticus
Ashley's hair turns white and her eyes red, as she flies upward and shoots a small sprout on the stage with her electricity. The sprout turns into a gigantic monstrous plant. There is a small chance that the FS flops and a flower sprouts, causing Ashley to reply with an "Oh no!"
A final smash with a chance of failure is a pretty bad final smash. Random failure, at least.

I think Pac-Man would be a decent addition if this was his specials move set:

Neutral Special - By pressing this button he launches forward uncontrollably by eating like "waka waka waka" but only a certain distance. This counts as a recovery move and thus you are immobile until you hit the ground.

Forward Special - Something more original than ****ing rolling.

Upward Special - Chain Pellets. A chain of pellets in the shape of an "S" will appear and Pac-Man will eat them all. Going right, up, then right again.

Downard Special - This is the one I came up with that I really want to share! Pac-Man summons Inky, Binky, Pinky, and Clyde. They will revolve around him similar to Mega Man's leaf sheild, but instead they are around him instead of over him like Mario Kart 7. Also like Mario Kart 7 you can release a different ghost depending on which is in front. That ghost (like in the game) will lock on to you and follow you wherever you go. Once it hits you once or twice it will dissappear. Each ghost has different effects.

Final Smash - Power Pellet. Pac-Man turns into the original 8-bit sprite. everyone turns blue and Pac-Man can only move straight horizontally or vertically. If Pac-Man hits you it will do massive damage.

And he must retain this design or I will refuse to acknowledge his existence in the game to the best of my abilities.

The only thing I could think of for his side b is to use his hose like tongue from Ghostly Adventures, but I hate Ghostly Adventures so no.

Also, apparently the Pac-Man from Ghostly Adventures (with the crappy voice) isn't the Pac-Man we know and love.
He the apparently the last of the Pac-People (the people in the town in the Pac-Man World games, like the original Pac-Man, Mrs. Pac-Man, Pac-Man Jr., and Pac-Dog). I don't know if the guy in Pac-Man Party is the original or not since he has a design very close to the GA design.
But I don't care, all that matters is that GA Pac-Man isn't really Pac-Man, which means the real Pac-Man doesn't have that voice, which means if we god Pac in Smash, he probably won't have that voice.

Nice! I like the down B. I thought about using the ghosts as a down smash before. Just use my Side B for reference.
Reposting my moveset for anyone that didn't see.

Pac-Man Eats the Competition!
STATS
Pac-man was not always the best of fighters until he was trained by the famed pac-master and went on his own journey. His speed is now around Mario's, but when he dashes, he takes out his roller skates and goes at foxes speed. He has traction that allows him to stop on a dime and turn faster than anyone In smash. His first jump is pretty average matching foxes's, but his second jump is when he uses his magic boots from pac-land and he goes pretty high, surpassing Mario's first jump in height. He can also, cling to the stage and wall jump His aerial speed is above average and can easily connect aerials for great combos. He can glide with his hang glider from pac man 2. His falling speed is at about falco's speed surprisingly knowing that he eats everything. His power in moves is actually surprisingly above-average after a long history of chasing ghosts and duking it out with other spectral creatures and monsters. Can match mr.G&W's power in a fight. He focuses on exploiting weaknesses in the opponent and gimps them. He also keeps the opponent running since most of his attacks pressure shields and have good spacing. A close up, but well spaced shield breaker. Wanna shield all day, breaks the shield with high pressuring chomps. Wanna camp on the other side of the stage, one second and he's coming through the other side ready to chomp you down. He also has a moveset based around 4-directional movement to give him his own unique playstyle.
  • Size: 3/5 (Mario height)
  • Weight: 2.5/5 (average weight)
  • Power: 3.5/5 (great power, all around)
  • Ground Speed: 4/5 (dash speed at diddy kong's level)
  • Traction: 5/5 (stops and turns on a dime)
  • Jump Ability: 2.5/5 (average, down special helps this)
  • Air Speed: 3/5
  • Fall Speed: 3/5
Specials
B: CHOMP!- Pac-Man eats the opponent and gains 5% back to his percentage bar. Pac-Man then has to shoot the opponent out of his mouth in the form of eyeballs that turn back into the foe after knockback is done. This move can be aimed in 4 directions, akin to the vertical/horizontal gameplay of the original. Aiming it downward on the ground lays the opponent down like G&W's down grab. When jumping in the air, the downward aim spikes. This move's knockback can not be DI'd out of, but is affected by percentage making this a great KO move, and the pac-man player can choose to spit the Opponent out of his mouth with the B button whenever he/she feels.

Side B: Maze Teleport- Pacman walks into an empty void like he does in the arcade game. After one second, he comes chomping out of the opposite side of the map, in the opposite direction he went in, with 4 ghosts behind him. Pac man and the ghosts do damage to the opponent while pac-man goes chomping in the air for about 1.5 seconds. The ghosts then turn to eyeballs and disappear. does 5% per chomp of pac-man's mouth, ghosts do 3% per hit. A very good vertical recovery move.
Down B: Butt Bounce- Pac-Man jumps up and bounces back down with his...Butt. Can be use 3 times in a row after the first bounce. Meteor smashes in mid-air, 3rd hit pushes opponent away like toon link's d-air. Can be moved side to side across the whole stage. 3rd hit makes a shock wave that does 5% on contact (1st hit does 9%, 2nd does 10%, and 3rd does 13%. ) From Pac-Man world 2
Up B: Pac-Dot Chain- Pac-Man throws out a red pac dot and eats it. He turns back into 8 bit form and a ghost chases him while he is eating. When he does a line of pac-dots form in mid air. You can control where the pac-dots turn. It can also latch onto the stage. Pac-Man eats the dots as fast as a fire fox's speed. The hitboxes in this move are pacman and the ghost. Does 2% per chomp. From Pac-Man world 2.
Smashes
Forward smash- Chomp #2:
Pac-Man leans back while charging, and leans forward and chomps when the move is executed. Little to no start-up lag(throwback to the pac-man games where pac-man's chomps are always super quick). Pokes the hell out of shields like Mr.G&W's back aerial when tippered(which is the sourspot) and freezes the opponent like wolf's forward tilt while a gulping noise plays(Throwback to the games when a ghost was eaten, the game would freeze and points would show). Can also slip through shields at times. 19-30% fully charged at sweepspot
17-27% fully charged at sourspot. High knockback. (maybe best forward smash in the game...)

Up Smash- Uppercut:
Pac-man jumps upward and does an uppercut. The hitbox is from the ground to the tip of his fist with the sweetspot and sour spot being like marth's up smash (15% uncharged 24% fully charged.). Start up fast and drags foes inward and upward. average knockback. from world series
Down Smash- Metal Pac: Pac-man jumps upward and slams down on the ground after eating a chrome pellet causing a shockwave. Noticable start-up lag, but is one of the strongest down smashes in terms of horizontal knockback. inspired by bridgeswithturtles. from the world series (14% uncharged 22% fully charged.) average knockback.
Standard Attacks
AAA combo: Punch, Punch, KO- Pac-man throws a left hook, right hook, then a jab that sends out a small shock wave in front of him that pressures shields and can go through multiple foes on start up. (2%, 3%, then 5%.)
example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0UFMBujNRfs 5:12 - 5:15. From Pac-Man world 3
Dash attack: Pellet trail- Pacman flies forward and bites opponent 3 times. Moves pac-man at the speed of captain falcon's run. Pressures shields on all hits like Kirby's dash attack. Comes out fast and doesn't slow down his run. Also, has no visible lag at the cool down. (1st hit 2%, 2nd hit 3%, 3rd hit 5%. 10% in total)
F-tilt: Sonic Wave - pac man sends out a sound wave from pac and pal that does little damage but stabilizes opponents for a quick second. (5%)
U-tilt: Headbutt - pac man does a small headbutt upwards. That hits opponents from the side, and carries them upwards. Can juggle. ( 8%)
D-tilt: Ankle Biter - pacman does a rapid chomp that pushes him forward a character space. Very fast and can be combed into a grab. Breaks shields after a few hits(4%)
ledge attack: Pac-man comes up with a frontflip and hits opponent with both his fists. average knockback (5%)
100% ledge attack: pac-man comes up slowly and then chomps the opponent. Pokes shields (10%)
Floor attack: Pacman rises up like Dracula out of a coffin and punches both sides of him. short range, but comes out fast. low knockback (7% each side)
100% floor attack: Pac-man comes up and chomps both sides of him. Good and fast surprise attack. average knockback (10%)
Aerials
U-air: Skate Slice- Pac-Man does a flip kick with skates on and does slicing damage, like a blade. Does upward knockback on starting frames, but ending frames cause sideways knockback. Cuts through air dodges and shields. Very high knockback (does 12%)From Pac-man world 2.
D-air: Galaga - Pac-Man pulls out a galaga ship and shoots downward with it. The ammo goes down really fast and if it lands on the opponent at all, on any part of their body, they are meteor smashed.(does 13%) Meteor smashes. High knockback.
F-air: Pellet blast - Pac-man shoots pellets out of his mout while moving his head up and down. Barrages foe and hits above, below, and in front of pac-man. Shield pressure. 11% damage. medium knockback
B-air : Ghost - Pac-man turns back and chomps backwards while being chased by a ghost. It turns pac-man around and does multiple hits with shield breaking capabilities. Comes out fast and the hitboxes are the ghost and pac-man. The ghost absorbs projectiles. (10% damage) average knockback
N-air : Smiling Spin - pac-man spins around in a circle and hurts opponents while facing the screen. (does 6% on first hit, 1% on any other frame but the first.) average knock back on first frames, but no knockback after that.
Z- air : Grappling Hook - pac man pulls out his grapple from the old pac-in-time game and lunges it forward like link's. The tip can hit multiple times on starting and ending frames but only the tip does damage. The rope will push the character into the tip however. (5%)
Throws
Grab: Pac-man sends out a dig-dug pump and catches the opponent. Very fast start-up with no ending lag.
Pummel: Inflation - Pac-man inflates(lol) the opponent (6% each hit) The special aspect of this pummel is that after about 3 pummels the opponent is automatically released with high knockback, but if you don't throw them, or pummel them again after about .5 seconds, the opponent is simply released in front of you and left immobile for 1 second.
F- throw - Pellet shoot : pacman throws opponent up, and blasts them for The dward with rapid-fire pellets. Can hit nearby opponents. Great for blasting opponents off the stage. Does multiple hits (does 12%) High knockback
D-throw: Ribbon-loop - pacman spits the opponent on the ground and eats a ribbon loop pellet. The opponent stands up while pac-man circles around the opponent. A circle appears around them and then closes in on them, exploding on contact. (does 15%damage) does high knockback and sends them careening upwards.
U-throw - Flip kick: pacman spits out opponents upward and flip kicks them. average vertical knockback
B-throw- toss: pacman tosses opponent diagonally backwards and chomps opponents as they go upward. Does three hits. (1st hit 2%, second hit 4%, 3rd hit 4% damage) high knockback
Taunts
Up-taunt - pacman turns back into 8 bit and does his dying animation with the death music.
Down taunt- pac-man turns and gives a thumbs up to the audience
Side-taunt- pacman throws and kicks a pac dot around like a soccer ball then eats it. From pacman world series
Final Smash
Pac-man eats a power pellet and everyone turns blue. Some people even revert to ghost forms (like boo Mario and luigi). Pac-man turns into 8 bit form and if he chomps you then it is an immediate KO while point show up on the screen after every kill. Lasts for about 10 seconds and everyone turns back to normal with pac-man being brought back to his 3d form.
When defeated: Pac-man sits on the ground like this only without armor while scratching his head.
When Pac-man wins: the pac-man opening theme plays while pac-man is chasing a ghost, and he finally eats it and gives a thumbs up.

I may need someone with more knowledge on tekken to incorporate some tekken moves. Tekken moves should replace his U-tilt and D-tilt since they are the moves that didn't know what to put for.

Anyone want to talk about Wario WarioWare?
Because I kind of do.
Rudy the Clown, as Entei said. :awesome:

Those blood-red teeth creep me out. I initially thought they only had that color because of palette limitations on the GBC.

He could have some interesting moves, like his "Death Clap" for a neutral B.
It's very slow (slower than Warlock Punch), but is an instant KO if it connects.

Other moves could be based on the treasures Wario gets, like using the rings of revival to make a damaging tower erupt from the ground. But I think that'd make him too much of a "kitchen sink" type character... Wpuld that be a bad thing?

Good afternoon all, hope you're doing well. and it looks like I come back after being away for a while to see talk about Pac-Man, that's rather unique. :p I've already shown my moveset for said character, so yeah, nothing really to be said until it's his turn to be designed in my list of roster design videos. Just finished designing Robin, will post moveset soon enough...

I like this actually. Not bad. The reason I don't like Pac-Man is not only can he turn into something generic (Read: Rolling) but I absolutely DESPISE his new design. Specifically, not the new eyes (I like those) but the TEETH.

[collapse=My specials-only Pac-Man moveset]B (Wakka Wakka): Pac-Man chomps the enemy. If it hits, the enemy gets sucked into Pac-Man's mouth. Press A to bite the opponent, which does 1-3% damage, and press B to spit them out.
Side B (Rev Roll): Pac-Man rolls forward. Simple as that.
Up B (Dot Chain): Pac-Man uses a chain of dots as a tether recovery.
Down B (Cherry Bomb): Pac-Man throws a cherry that explodes, sapping the life of anyone who comes nearby.
Final Smash (Power Pellet): Pac-Man becomes a giant 8-bit sprite of himself, and chomps everyone in his path. Press A to summon a ghost, who stays on the screen for a short time, orbiting Pac-Man.[/collapse]

So yeah, 2 generic but iconic moves and 2 more unique ones. And a Final Smash in between.

At first, I didn't like the idea of Pac-Man in SSB4, but he's now one of the third party characters I'd like to see in the game the most.(behind Banjo, Bomberman, and Bayonetta) By the way, I love that moveset, Pacman9.

The replies are so kind, thank you all!
I may want to borrow some of those ideas for when the Pac-Man design video is put out, with your permission of course. :p

Also, before I forget as I'm literally caught up in Kill La Kill right now, here's Robin's moveset:

Size: 6.5/10 (Robin is of an average size, standing around the same size of the other Fire Emblem characters, Marth and Ike. And like Marth and Ike, his weight is around average, not being too heavy or too light. He’s slightly heavier than Marth, but lighter than Ike overall)

Strength: 7.5/10 (Robin’s strength varies overall depending on which fighting style he’s currently using. His sword fighting style is stronger, but his magic style has overall better range and effective use. Switching between the two can give Robin a boost in most situations, especially considering he can switch during combos to create really long mix-ups)

Speed: 6/10 (Robin’s overall attack speed and running speed are just about average, which makes him a medium between Marth and Ike, and like Marth and Ike, his range is also pretty decent, especially with his magic attacks, which can out-do both lords)

Recovery: 7/10 (Robin’s recovery also varies depending on which form he has, for his magic fighting style gives a better recovery while his sword fighting style gives him better weapons against edge-guards, so both fighting styles both have their up and downs overall, it’s all up to the player to choose which one they prefer)

Uniqueness: 8/10 (There are characters with magic and there are characters with swords, but there is no character who can switch between the two. Robin is a stance change character that can switch between a fighting style involving magic and a fighting style involving swords, which gives him the unique feel of a transforming character that doesn’t actually transform. Robin can also switch between both styles on the fly to trick opponents into situations that leave them wide open for attacks.

Sword Fighting Style:

Standard A Combo: Brave Blade combo (x3, 12% total, Robin’s main blade in battle is the Brave Sword, which he uses in this three hit combo)

Forward + A: Tactical Strike (A long horizontal slash forward that is arched downwards, 10%)

Up + A: Arching Blow (A long slash upwards, going in an upwards arch, capable of juggling opponents, 10%)

Down + A: Avenging slash (While crouching, will swing sword downward instead of along the ground, giving it more effectiveness against aerial and juggled opponents, 9%)

Dash Attack: Divine Pierce (A straightforward piercing jab attack, this attack can either knock opponents away or off of the ground. If the opponent is bounced off of the ground instead of being knocked away, combos can be started, 8%)

Aerial Attacks:

Neutral A: Brave Circlet (Spins around horizontally to damage opponents on both sides, hits four times in total, 16% total)

Forward + A: Dying Blade (Slashes vertically to meteor smash the opponent, 13%)

Up + A: Pierce the Heavens (Reaches sword upwards to jab opponents above, 11%)

Backward + A: Conducting Blow (Turns around to strike twice behind him, 12% total)

Down + A: Finishing Slash (Falls out of the air with his blade arched downwards, dealing big damage. 15%)

Smash Attacks:

Forward Smash: Armor Breaker (Wielding Armorslayer, will do a heavy two-handed slash forward to deal big damage. Can destroy most shields easily, hence the name “Armorslayer”. 26%)

Up Smash: Lightning Blade (Wielding Levin Sword, will raise the sword upward and let the tip of the sword send out a bolt of lightning upward. 23%)

Down Smash: Sword Breaker (Wielding Superior Edge, will do a quick circlet strike around himself to deal damage on both sides. Will do more damage against blade-wielding characters. 21% 25% against sword users)

Grab/Throws:

Grab: Grabs with free hand

Pummel: Knees the opponent (3%)

Front Throw: Will do a small combo of sword attacks, the third hit knocking the opponent away (11%)

Up Throw: Will strike his sword upward to knock the opponent upward (8%)

Down Throw: Will throw the opponent over his shoulder onto the ground (4%)

Back Throw: (Will get behind the opponent and quickly slash them away (8%)

Standard Special: Sol

A charge special, Robin will wield the blade “Sol” and use the Sol ability, which enables for Robin to charge up power in his blade before doing a small dash forward and release a giant red slash forward, which can obliterate shields and deal big damage to multiple opponents at once. If used in multiple successions, this attack will get weaker with each successful full charge. 29% max

Side Special: Killer Edge

Wielding the blade Killer Edge, Robin will be able to do a dashing pierce attack that will have a random chance of doing major damage, much like the random chances of getting a critical in the actual Fire Emblem games. 15% for normal, 30% for critical hit

Up Special: Luna

Robin will peform the Luna ability, which will allow Robin to perform a high leap into the air and bring his sword down on the opponent. This attack has decent range as it can give Robin some room between him and his opponents, but cannot catch opponents underneath it like that of Ike’s Aether attack, so the best time to hit the opponent with this attack is at the end of the attack. This attack is all in one fell motion, so Robin cannot do anything while doing this attack, which can be a problem if he misses. 15% total

Down Special: Stance Change (Magic)

With the down special, Robin will sheath the Brave Sword and pull out a tome, which will allow for him to start his second fighting style, which is magic.

Second Stance: Magic

Normal A Combo: Twin Fire (x2, 9% total, will strike twice in front of him with the fire tome, both strikes releasing small bursts that give the attacks extra reach)

Forward + A: Elthunder (Will reach hand forward, releasing a short-range projectile bolt of electricity to damage opponents repeatedly. 10% total)

Up + A: Elwind (Raises hand above head to summon a blast of wind, has small vacuum effect and can push away opponents that’re in the air, 9%)

Down + A: Flux (Will put out both hands, damaging the opponent with a burst of dark energy, 9%)

Dash Attack: Elfire (Will smash through the opponent with a powerful burst of fire, being able to damage multiple opponents at once. 9%)

Aerial Attacks:

Neutral A: Arcwind (will spin around in the air, surrounded by blades of wind that will damage opponents on either side of him, 13%)

lighten up. More movesets besides pac-man ones go in here. As long as it sparks discussion.:p
"Lighten up"?

I was just pointing it out. I've seen like three Pac-Man movesets on this thread when there's a perfectly serviceable Pac-Man thread right there on the front page. Generally movesets posted here are ones for characters that are too stupid/obscure to get their own threads.

Nintendo didn't. Capcom did.

I just don't understand why they'd reference it now. The anniversary thing isn't more notable than it's initial release. And there are so many Zelda remakes out before this Smash Bros. Plus we have Wind Waker and Twilight Princess characters again. And Skyward Sword and Spirit Tracks Stages. OoT3d and WWHD got some things too. We haven't seen anything for ALBW. If 3 new handheld games affected nothing in Brawl, would an anniversary edition affect Smash Bros now?
Nintendo used him for a 3rd time, and Nintendo did make the anniversary and ambassador, not Capcom. with ALBW, I'm not sure what we could get, as I haven't played that game yet, and the anniversary and 3DS ambassador did happen when Sakurai was considering characters making Vaati a character who Sakurai probably did review over. And as I already said, all we really got from Brawl was just Wind Waker and Twilight Princess, so it wasn't really possible to get him then, especially since we didn't have Toon Link.

You think Twinrova isn't important yet you vouch for Vaati?
She's somewhat important, but not on the scale Vaati is on.

On terms of Pac-Man, I can see him having a very unique moveset, but for some reason I don't see him getting into the game.

Revised my roster from yesterday, made a few changes.

Changes: Removed Krystal

Cuts

Snake - I just don't see him returning because I have a feeling Konami will pass up on the offer to put Snake back in. I'm not going to be upset if he comes back or doesn't, I'm mostly neutral on him

Ike - Following the Smash Bros tradition of putting in a Fire Emblem character from the latest FE game, he might be replaced by Chrom (Or anyone else from Awakening)

Newcomers

Tingle, Little Mac, Chibi-Robo, Ridley, Isaac, Shulk, Sheriff, Takamaru, King K Rool, Chrom & Miis

Debatable:

Krystal, Dixie Kong, and Pac-Man (I may put Isaac here)
