It seems like a very.....boring roster.
Not that many interesting additions.
The most interesting newcomer is probably Lucina
And Id also recommend replacing either Takamaru or Lip with a more obscure retro characters, so there would be one normal retro, and one obscure retro.

It already has its main villain, I don't think you need to go much higher than that when it comes to including villains. Besides, BD ain't a villain...he's an anti-hero. Hell, he's not even the only Waddle dee to use spears anymore.

I thought Waddle Dee might have a chance to rep Kirby at 4 with Mario, Zelda, and Pokemon at 5 and he has potential with all the variations like Parasol Dee and Waddle Doo, but...come on. Is there any reason it's necessary to make him more than King Dedede's move? It just overstates his representation in the game. I know he was a thing in Kirby 64 and Return to Dremland, but stuff like that is usually just character filler.

Like I said if a character is represented enough there's no need to overstate it. I feel if you can represent a character sufficiently through a form that isn't playable then you should.

Also, I must say, I find it funny it took Dedede 16 years to train one Spear-using Waddle Dee, but it took Yin-Yarn like five minutes to train a full army of them.

Apparently Dedede stopped being a villain after Revenge of The King in SSU. Which, I have to say, was a great way to go out with a bang!
After SSU, RTD came out and Dedede was all ready and willing to help Kirby with no hesitation.
Meta knight is more of a rival or anti-villain.

No, wait, I remembered an attack that Ridley can use as his down special.
The whirlwind attack from his boss fight in Brawl.

Have you ever played Metroid Prime? Ridley has a Stomp attack in that game. Most games Ridley has a "Pogo-Tail" that he can use. And his Brawl boss fight has that Tail Dash too. Not sure if that last one would be the best option though.

2015 will come around and Nintendo will say they don't want to end the year of Luigi, yet, and continues it for another 12 months, your reaction?

I missed the Pokemon topic again, but I would prefer it if Mewtwo simply used its Melee voice. Or even better, if they managed to use the voice it has in the games, but I know that's not happening.
