Like half of those people count as humanoid. Ridley and Bandana Dee are non-humanoid. Rayman is arugable bc he has no limbs. Everybody else is humanoid.

Okay maybe those were bad examples for non humanoids but they're certainly not human. Except for maybe Bomberman.
And to quote the Origins trailer, Rayman is technically a thingamajig. Whether that's relevant or not is up to you.

KI has 3 games total and only of them is recent Palutena also didn't really do much in the game.

I would too since if we're picking another KI:U rep, we're partly picking based on personality anyway. But still, Palutena has weapons I be cool with, so I settled to believing that Hades is a pipe dream.
