Most Likely: Me, Brandon
Pending: Mike W, Mike H, Kyle, Bryan, Sinister, Dan?
Not going: Luke
No reply: Twins, Jack, Darren

It'd be cool if Kyle went so I wouldn't be the only one not able to go to bars =/

I was in Japan for three weeks when I went last time. Two weeks is a bit too much if we're just in Tokyo, but it's barely enough time to see the rest of Japan.

Besides, there's nothing to do in Fiji.

There's a couple of options. If you guys wanna just stay for a week, then we can stick to Tokyo (and maybe a day trip of two to Hakone or somewhere else awesome). That means no expensive rail pass, and much cheaper overall, but we don't get to go to Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima, etc. (which are pretty sweet).

Or we can go for two weeks, and go outside of Tokyo. More expensive, but you get to see more of Japan.

I'm down for either one or two weeks, but one week will be much cheaper for most people (less hotel and no expensive rail pass).

It will be too problematic for me to go, seeing as I won't even be living here anymore rofl.
Where you goin', Dan?

Kyak.com $1637 dunno how many tickets
Priceline.com $1680 4 tickets left
$1527.35 TripAdvisor dunno how many tickets
DO NOT FORGET about hotel $300-400 and a train pass (2 weeks is 600) and food. I wouldn't mind getting really cheap and getting a 3 man room with like 6 people >_>
Total-ish: $2677 ($200 for food added on)

If I'm going across the world I'm staying there as long as possible and getting my money's worth >_>

I'm down for two weeks. Does anyone have anywhere specific they want to visit? We can start making a list of places to go.

I definitely want to go to Akihabara (Tokyo) and Osaka. Hiroshima was fun too, which may seem surprising. And I for sure want to make the day trip from Tokyo to Hakone. The ride on the cable car there is absolutely beautiful, and we can check all the amazing stuff there, too.

And there's a restaurant in Ikebukuro (Tokyo) that we definitely have to eat at. It was the greatest moment of Mike's life (as he put it).

The temples in Kyoto are also really cool and sublime to visit (it's right next to Osaka, in Western Japan).

I want to go to some kind of hot spring and see one of those famous gardens(park w.e) =/ A mountain maybe be cool but probably too time consuming.

Only specific place I got is: Koishikawa Korakuen (park garden) http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e3034_003.html
Maybe we can go to a hot spring at Hakone ?

K well I'm going to book time off tomorrow since you guys seemed a little unsure on whether it is going to be 2 weeks or 3 weeks or just 1 week. I'll call in tomorrow and see what I can do.

1 week would be my limit if I did go, as Alvin mentioned but as of now I have no plans to go to Japan.

Wow your no fun Mark (and Jack!)

Anyways all jokes aside I think I could only get away with 2 weeks. I'm thinking two weeks is fine but that's just me.

It isn't worth it to anyone that doesn't like anime / manga and the like.

It's also 50% touhou.
