I would highly recommend using different teams for singles and doubles, as the limitation to four moveslots is really important when it comes to building efficient Pokemon. For example, Follow Me has absolutely no use in singles, while Surf has the potential to kill your own Infernape or Tyranitar. Given the distribution of hold items, I'm going to assume you're stuck on Item Clause, as well.

For singles I would recommend Infernape going ahead of Starmie.

If you want to use Rest on TTar, give it Chesto Berry instead of Lum so that it doesn't lose its chances of recovery to Will-O-Wisp. Honestly though, you should just run Crunch or Fire Punch and Babiri Berry instead.

Salamence should be running Fire Blast instead of Roost since the build you have now can get screwed over by Scizor switch-ins and Skarmory or Forry walls. In fact there are several things on your team that are weak to Scizor and your best answer to him is Infernape who will probably die early since he's a lead.

@ Ankoku - Surf is the reason why he's running a Sashed Endeavor Infernape, and presumably why he has Rest on TTar too.

Pretty much this team isn't worth my patience to even attempt to figure out until you clear this up, retro gamer. I'll have no idea if I'm even giving you good advice because IDK how a team could possibly play both singles and doubles.

Why would you get rid of TTar for Electivire? That's just terrible.

Don't give me that bull**** about how its ability helps it take damage or whatever stupid scrub **** they say. I could run Wailord to take water attacks for Heatran but it wouldn't change the fact that Wailord is a terrible pokemon.

Game Freak was trolling us when they gave Electivire Motor Drive.

"I feel like a douche today. So we've got this really ****ty Pokémon. I know, let's give it a great ability so people actually try using it! lololol"

i was actually thinking of putting tyranitar back and getting rid of inferape, since i hardly ever use him, but im not sure. electivire has actually been pretty helpful so id like to keep it and add tyranitar to the group. salamence already knows fire fang, so tyranitar will know crunch instead of rest if i put him back.

Salamence should know Fire Blast since you're only going to be using your fire move against specially weak steel types anyway. Crunch is ok on TTar, but without Fire Punch and Babiri Berry you have no real answer to Scizor, which he will invariably draw out.

The worst part about Electivire getting Motor Drive is that Elekid and Electabuzz don't have it. How awesome would Elekid be in LC if he had Motor Drive? He'd be like a mini-Jolteon.

Jolteon absorbs electric attacks, outspeeds and kills everything.

Sounds like Motor Drive Elekid in LC to me.

Shh I just wanted to find something in Gates post to correct.

Elekid doesn't need motor drive to outspeed things in LC

With motor Drive it would even outspeed the scarfers that would normally KO it without scarf.
