With the advent of Gen V, I'd suggest replacing Aerodactyl with a lead Tomohawk.

Prankster SR is very powerful, and Flying/Fighting gives surprisingly good coverage.

Dugtrio is rendered obsolete by a certain new OP Shadow Tag Pokemon, so let's replace him:

Modest / 252 SpAtk / 252 Speed / 4 HP
Charge Beam / Dark Pulse / HP Fighting / Hyper Beam

Perfect type coverage with Charge Beam to boost SpAtk, pretty self-explanatory.

Lastly, I'd recommend replacing Snorlax. Gen V introduced a myriad of powerful Fighting-types such as Throh and Sawk, so Snorlax is no longer viable.
