Riverside Brawl Tournament, The First and (maybe) the Last

I'm going to start hosting random Brawl tournaments since I have room in my apartment now. I can probably have about 20-30 people, not sure.

When and Where

May 3rd, 2008
11 am - Doors open
12 pm - Registration
12:30 - Doubles
?? - Singles

Riverside CA, 92507

Money stuff

Entry Fees

Singles: $5
Doubles: $10 per team
Electricity: $5 out of each pot

Payouts

1st- 60% of pot
2nd - 30%
3rd - 10%

Rules

3 Stock, 7 Minutes
Friendly Fire ON (for doubles)
No Items
Double Blind Picks can be called if necessary
Neutrals can't be banned
Each player/team is allowed one reset for first stage selection

Sets go like this:
1) Both players select a character and play a random neutral stage.
2) Both players ban a counterpick stage, loser of first game chooses a stage, winner picks a character, loser picks a character.
3) Same thing for 3rd game if applicable.
