there is 3 types of characters
1) Starters
2) secret( ones with the question marks )
3) hidden ( ones with no question marks)
I think that they are saying "We think it's creditable but we are waiting for some confirmations of his info". . .or something
. Someone who reads Japanese would be better than google, thats all I can say. But from the google thing it sounds like they aint sure. . .
