Hello Rhythm Girl thread, just wanted to help support the inclusion of Rhythm Girl for smash bros. 4.

While it may seem unlikely and I'm honestly not sure which Rhythm Heaven rep we'll get or if we'll get a rep at all. After doing research and looking at this thread and the Marshal thread, I feel if we are to get one, it would be Rhythm Girl or Marshal. But after reading the points made in this thread for the advantages Rhythm girl has over Marshal by being on a lot of the advertisements, menus, possibly voices in the minigames, and so on. I feel she represents the series as a whole as you guys have said and reading more about the character really intrigues me to be honest. I compare her to the villager, a character that represents the player and a sort of main character in the game even though it doesn't have an exact one. While Marshal to me seems more on the lines of a Tom Nook.

It would make the most sense after reading a lot about her. Count me in for supporting the character. And after seeing gameplay vids of Rhythm Heaven Fever. The game really intrigues me with the colorful cast and how bizarre it is. Not to mention, Rhythm Girl appears on the title screen of Rhythm Heaven Fever and seems to be the character with the most focus on the cover art.

I added you to the support! Like you said a rhythm heaven character is hard to choose since there really isn't a main character. I can't wait to see if/who makes it in because of how bright and zany they will be as well as their stage and music.

I'm gradually beginning to gain more faith in Ms. Rhythm being a playable character in SSB4. I really hope she's playable. I want her as much as Marshal and Chorus Kids. But I want her more.

There are some I think are a downgrade over the previous versions but overall I'm finally happy with them.

Edit: changed the magenta alt's hair slightly, and small adjustments on the cyan and blue alts

Yes, but I based it more off the artwork.

I do think I made the the hair on the left a little too large though, I'm going to go and fix it.

THIS.............IS..................AMAZING!!!!!! Still, I'm glad DonkaFjord was willing to keep the old alts. I really loved those as well. They're all so vibrant and just plain cute! The hype is getting more and more real for a Rhythm Heaven rep! Here's hoping Ms. Rhythm becomes a playable character in SSB4! BTW, Hippopotasauce, if you don't mind, would you stop by my Pilot Wings thread on SmashBoards, please? I'm trying to get a lot of supporters for the series to have a playable character before release. Sorry, if I'm going a bit off-topic here, but I'm trying to do whatever I can at this point.

Added Version 2.2 alts to the Op as well as taoxadasa as a supporter. Those alts look even more amazing and polished! You are really setting me up for disappointment if she doesn't make the cut, but I am strangely okay with it-

Space dance would be an amazing jab combo/finisher for a neutral A since finishers are a thing now- It is very quirky and wacky and it fits almost too perfectly. I might edit the moveset in the OP to include it as the Neutral A jab combo/finisher.

Someone suggested that her Down B could be held out as she counted so the veggie would pop out further (Making it vary in range.) I thought it was a cool unique idea but I was wondering if you guys or anyone else had move set ideas? It'd be cool if people came up with a few moves for her moveset and I could just combine it together at the end and feel in any missing attacks.

Well, I get where you're coming from, I'm only making a small suggestion of a popular VA she could have. Also, I don't know about you, but I've seen some of Kawaye's work, and I personally think her "sweet little girl, with an adorable, cheerful personality" voice could be a great fit for Ms. Rhythm.

Why spend so much money on a character that already has a desired voice and a cheaper VA at that for a more expensive VA? It is cool and all but most of the non pop icon characters don't usually have openly/publicly acknowledged VAs... If they did so in the original game (Like uprising) I see it being carried over to Smash but other than that I am not so sure.

He is sick so he may not be working now (I'm glad he's watching his health,) but should this worry us for representation? Again it is just the credits (Maybe not even the full credits) for the 3DS version which gets 2 songs per stage. Should we be worried? The music could be more akin to Hanenbow in Brawl but you think someone would be credited from Rhythm Heaven.

Hey guys. Just wanted to bump the thread. Also, while I still support Ms. Rhythm for SSB4, I'm personally feeling a little pessimistic on her chances now. Considering we're less than 2 WEEKS away from knowing the roster, I'm getting a bit worried. Also, there's been word of Chorus Kids not being playable and that Sneaky Spirit is the only representation of RH. However, I've just heard that apparently, someone asked a Nintendo rep and the rep said that series in Smash Run will have representation after all, so Ms. Rhythm has a chance again! Let's keep supporting this little cutie till the end!
