Tell them next weeeekeeeeeeeeeeeend... actually Shank talk to them and just ask them if you can run one next weekend. I need a local tourney asap and I want one where I can focus on playing 100% and not on running it too. Just ask and hopefully we can have another one there, it can be small who cares at least we get a chance to play!

Seriously, if you need help, I wouldn't ask on the Pit boards. Most are online only scrubs, and dont get real life experience.
