Renegades Signs Dabuz and Swedish Delight

Today, Detroit-based esports team Renegades announced they'll be sponsoring Samuel "Dabuz" Buzby and James "Swedish Delight" Liu. The Renegades are currently owned by Boston Celtics forward Jonas Jerebko. This marks their first foray into Smash after primarily focusing on League of Legends and Counter Strike: Global Offensive. As both players represent strong acquisitions, expect Renegades to become a well-recognized name within the Smash community as well.

Dabuz is known for his dominance in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, which includes numerous appearances in grand finals at major tournaments. He currently ranked 3rd on the Panda Global SSB4 Rankings. Swedish Delight is one of Tristate's top Super Smash Bros. Melee players. He's ranked 31st on the 2015 SSBMRank and has had strong showings at recent events such as EVO 2016, Smash'N'Splash 2 and Shine 2016. This is a large opportunity for both players, so definitely follow Dabuz and Swedish on Twitter for more updates on their newly-funded travels. Also, they'll be representing their new team for the first time at The Big House 6 this weekend, so be sure to tune in!
