Rels and Alternate Stage Loader

I am trying to put in the st_mansion.rel and stgmansion.pac files for the Castlevania stage while still keeping mansion selectable (through the ASL obviously). I understand the process of renaming the pac to STGMANSION_A.pac, but I am unsure what to do with the rel file, or even if this effects the alternate stage loader at all. Immediate responses are appreciated.

Sorry that this is slow.

If you MUST have a .rel file to put it over a stage, then you CAN'T use the Alternate Stage Loader to keep the original selectable.

Since the Castlevania stage is based off of 75m, you have to put it over 75m without rel files for it to work correctly and have the original.

Either that, or you have to rebuild the stage using MANSION.PAC, which is like what I did with the Castlevania Bridge stage.

I don't like it either, but that's how it works.

Uegh, alright, I'm fine with it as 75m I guess. Now I'm just having trouble with Brawl-'s txt not opening in gctedit.exe to actually incorporate the ASL.

Are you sure castlevania is originally a 75m replacement? When I go to load it I get a BEEEEEEEEEEEE freeze. I'm double checking my stage folder and module folder to make sure I put it correctly, but I'd like to make sure its supposed to be under STGDONKEY.pac
