well more like 20 but some people didnt enter. It was a very small turn out but still a great tourney because there was almost always an open tv to play on.

fun tourney yoshii =) too bad alot of people couldnt make it.
Yeah, it was pretty cool that there was always an open TV. Man I had some awesome G&W matches today, and my Falco has gotten a lot better. Hopefully I can develop my Falco into a mild threat. :) Also, I realized that my Ganon is great for teams, but not singles.

Good tournament, really fun friendlies. We almost beat team Yoshimi that one match but i thought my teammate was the jigglypuff I was supposed to kill, hehe.

My G&W had a chance against him, though. But when you screw up and get hit a few times by Ganon, you're dead. :laugh:

That bair of his had perfect accuracy ._.

Haha, I KNEW I had a SmashBoards account sitting in here; I recall recieving e-mails about it and being like "eh." I really wish I had learned of the kssb crew earlier... I might've been able to compete then, but as late as I'm begining to go competitive my only goal is to perpare myself for exploring the frontier of Brawl...

anyone who plays magic bring a deck. I started to play now at school. That means you greenbunny and sdm =)
Gah! I wish I had known about this thread earlier, otherwise I would've brought some decks ><
kssb has trouble beating Aaron, but perhaps I could've beat him... in MTG :p (Beasts FTW)

were there any vids taken here, like.... EoW?
I brought a camera and took a few videos... although they were all of Yoshi, for my own personal review for improving my jiggly... <.<

lol, good idea.

Who were on each team? If anyone remembers...
using deductive reasoning...

Chumps in disguese = Aaron and Chexr
Yoshimi = Yoshii, Deepak
Team Skioski = SDM, Seanson
double stomped = probably ulti, 56k

Adding to that list from what I recall...

We piss excellence: EoF, KSSB
TAR: Tar, myself

So close to 7th place... I can't believe we almost won a round against Yoshimi. I don't know how that happened... I think there was only one or two klappings that match. Alas, had only Samus survived to help against the Sheik...

Just some quick shoutouts:

56K - Thanks for teaming with me, and sorry if I scared you by coming at the last minute. We actually did pretty well I thought.

WI (in general) - Too good, I felt like more of a noob than I usually do.

EoW - That was a fun ditto, I barely noticed that you didn't L-cancel.

Yoshi - Well run tournament. I really liked the rr for teams. I felt like I really didn't lose $5, since I got to play so many people.

Aaro - Thanks for the mm, second match was too close. Don't know if I could repeat it though.

Everyone I friendlied with - Good matches.

JS - I thought you were coming to this. I was looking forward to a rematch.

Edit: Yep, 56K and I were Team Double Stomp! What gave it away?

Unfortunately I won't make it on Saturday. Will you be at the next tournament?

hey chrono can you beat kssb? I didnt even play kssb at all he got knocked out by chexr so he didnt have trouble with me.
If I could even compete on that level, I wouldn't have opted out of not doing singles...

Heh heh heh...

The night before, we were sleeping over at EoF's place, and everyone was sleeping (or trying to) when he came down the stairs, flashing the lights and making a big ruckus, because he had 4-stocked kssb :p

Tar and myself on a team against kssb have trouble killing him fully... half the time we end up killing ourselves. I'm surprised we didnt' do much of that at the tournament...
