Reason for Japanese delay explanation on Minna no Nintendo Channel

One of the videos on the Minna no Nintendo Channel which was updated today with the new Smash Bros CMs has a rolling statement that scrolls up the page explaining why the game was delayed and includes the date changing at the end of the video from the 24th to the 31st.

However, the kanji in the statement is difficult and moves pretty fast so I can neither translate nor take a steady photo :/

I just thought I would update you with information, if only small. Hopefully someone living in Japan will be able to translate this shortly, but at least you heard about it here first! :3

Yeah, i saw that when i found the commercials. It's the same thing as the japanese Dojo. it's delayed to complete the game. nothing to see here. move along.

Quite obvious, you see both dates of it, and a capital X somewhere in the end, anyone who doesn't know japanese should be able to math it out easily.
