Easy, you can just download it from EAgames' website. You can also buy it from your local game retailer.

No, srsly. I know it has something to do with a certain glitch Pokemon that switches movesets. I just can't remember how.

ok. Let's do this step by step.

1. Cloning item glitch, duplicate TM Mimic, TM thunderbolt, TM Blizzard, TM Psychic, PP Up
2. Catch a paras in mt moon, lv para to 27, teach it spore
3. Catch a max speed Electrode, EV train electrode and lv it up to 100, Teach Mimic and Thunderbolt to Electrode
4. Trade Electrode to GS 1.0
5. Do the Mew Glitch, catch it. Teach it Psychic, Earthquake, Blizzard.
6. Trade Mew and Paras to a different GS 1.0 and mystery gift the two.
7. With Electrode, have something fight Smeargle, outspeed it and put it to sleep, switch to electrode, mimic sketch, then sketch over sketch, then run.
8. Give Electrode a Mint Berry
9. Go to the battle hall thing in Viridian, screech paras until it spores, wake up with the berry, and sketch it. thunderbolt and KO paras and mew (low level), win the battle.
10. Trade electrode back to red/blue, teach it mimic, trade it back to same GS cart.
11. Repeat 7-10 to get sketch and eventually get psychic blizzard earthquake from Mew
12. Take your max speed electrode with spore psychic blizzard EQ and clone it 5 times.
13. Trade all 6 Electrodes back to red/blue, use PP Ups on everything.

in RBY, the person who hits the button faster goes first when you battle w/ the cable thing between 2 gameboys. When I see another electrode, I mash A cause I have Spore in the first slot.
