Well. although his chances arn't to good, although I think he may have a small chance due to ubisoft being ultra friendly to nintendo with the wii.

His A attacks would be a bunch of kicks and punches.

B^: Helicopter hair, he would spin his hair and would damage anyone in the way, would be kinda simular to dk's up B move.

B>: Throws a plunger out, doesn't do to much damage but knocks back pretty far.

B: Rapidly tosses lums, little damage and knockback but can be used rapidly, a little slower then foxes blaster.

Bv: Disco dance, does a few dance moves and anyone who sees him is stuned for a little while, simular to mewtwos confusion.

His special: he would do his disco dance move then the player that was cought in it would start danceing as well and a bunch of bunnies would pop out of nowhere and start attacking.

Or make him use his plunger gun (from Raving Rabbids) or his chain for grabs. I can't see dancing working very good.

I guess using disco might be bad, I just couldn't think of a down B move, as for his forward b move it would work for him to shoot it outa his gun, his down B could be replaced with a water stream that you can twirl around, I dunno.

Not using his normal B move as his super punch is a crime, in my opinion. I don't even know if that's what it's called, but I remember it being his signature move in the original Rayman(the only one I've played). Holding down B charges it, the more it's charged, the farther it's launched.

I've always liked the Rayman games. But in all honesty, I doubt he'd make it in over Sonic, Megaman, or various other 3rd Party.

Nice moveset, and ideas, though. ;)

I think its very likely he will get in, he has his own wii game! And I think he'll get over sonic...

But people will argue with me about this, but just my thoughts...

i like the idea but highly doubt it,

if anything they can put an item to throw and the bunnies come out,

i like the idea of megaman and sonic, but i think we'll get 2 or 3 newcomers and thats it

i think they'll fill it with some Wii characters, but none that will really change the game

Nah man, there are just way many other deserving third party characters out there. Too many. Just cause he comes out with game for the Wii doesn't mean he'll make the cut.

Man, I swear if he is added to the mix, I'm gonna buy Brawl & pound on Rayman till someone pryes the controller from my hands!

Cool moves^^
But as you already said, the chance, that rayman gets in that game is very low, although it would be very cool xD
Would be rather funny with his flying fist :chuckle:

Rayman would be a great addition to smash. He really fits into the scene. But to tell you the truth, I'd rather see one of the rabbids get in. Picture it getting smashed across the screen...."BAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

I agree, there are better characters, and they don't need to search at other companies, if you want a character without neck, arms and legs, *cough*and Japanese*cough* SUKAPON !!!

I think Rayman has a fair chance of being the next third party announced. We already have Snake, Sonic seems pretty likely, and I think Rayman could be the third. And really I think three is a good number for the third party charcters, we don't want too many of them. Really though I am starting to worry about Sonic. At first I thought he would be in it, but the latest Sonic game to come out(which was awesome by the way) was released for all the new systems but the Wii. Could that mean a weakening relationship with Nintendo and Sega?

But a Sonic game exclusively for the Wii is in the making, so I doubt it.

And honestly, i'd love to see Rayman in Brawl. I don't see what you guys have against him, he'd actually fit in the game, his games are fun, including his new Wii game that has been addicting like crack, and overall he's a fun character. I see people suggesting stupid *** characters like Master Chief and Sephiroth, but you bash Rayman? o_O

Eh, Rayman for brawl! The creator of Rayman even said he was contemplating a request for a brawl position for Rayman, and as we know, it's the third parties that are gonna have to ask Sakurai in the end, I kinda can't see Sakurai asking permission for character use unless it was a big character like Sonic.

Rayman for brawl then!! /o/

Rayman is nintendo only (or so I beleive, I'm probably wrong), and I beleive he will make it...

Now I'd hate to see sonic in the next game... Course, he's too popular to leave out... I just feel he's too, dunno, different? I just don't see him fitting into the game that much...

Course, I'm wrong, and people with argue, just what I think...

Rayman would be a fantastic character addition. His limbless design could create a really interesting moveset. I could see Rayman having an even greater melee range than Marth, because he could fling his hands so far, but doing so would leave a gigantic gap between himself and his hand that would prevent him from being broken.

And considering that Ancel and Ubisoft in general have been so Nintendo friendly lately, I'd say that the chances for Rayman in Brawl may be a good deal higher than most people seem to think. And if characters like Sonic, Megaman, and Bomberman are more deserving... well, I guess there'll just have to be more than 3-4 third party characters in Brawl, won't there?

I think Sakurai (sorry if I spelt it wrong) wants to test out the thrird party effect willl have on the game and the players first. So I think having 3 of them would be a good start to test this theroy.

I think I would modify my moveset to include the charge punch as the Bv, It sounds like it would be better then the disco dance move. (Only rayman game I played was rayman 2 and it didn't have the charge punch)

Grab should be the Chain hand.

I can't see the charge punch being a down B, because it's basically just a ranged version of DK's B.

His Dsmash can twirl his foot around his body at a low angle,
and his Fsmash can be a kick like fox/falco's.

Yay! Rayman supporters, I didn't have to hold them off by myself :p...

Anyways, I think he would be a great character for brawl...

I'm addicted to his wii game right now! lol...

Play Rayman 2 and then tell me you don't like him.
Although I will agree that there are more deserving characters (megaman, Bomberman, Sonic), I wouldn't say that would prevent him from getting in. I mean, if Sonic had been the surprise third party character instead and this was a thread suggesting Solid Snake, wouldn't we all still be saying the same thing about more deserving characters?
In truth, it's only those characters who are presented to Nintendo that even have a chance of being in Brawl, and given the friendliness of Michel Ancel and Ubisoft towards Nintendo lately, I'd say that, deserving or not, Rayman has a surprisingly better chance than people give him credit for.

I don't know about Snake, if he was in Sonic's position I would say hell no but I guess Sakurai did a good job on him, they could probably do that with just about any character from any game.

Yea, anyways I would say Rayman has a decent chance of getting in, only other 3rd party chars that I think have a better chance are.

1)Sonic
2)Megaman
3)Bomberman

Other chars such as Geno I think have even less chance then rayman.

Well, this is for my friend Ruy

Now, I understand that Rayman is a very important character, with a lot of games and can represent 3rd party and at the same time an American character but I still prefer Sukapon.
