Fixed for formatting. Copy and paste this into your first post. Also, natures are more important than abilities, please list them (only because most Pokemon only have one useful ability). The nature of a Pokemon determines what role it's most likely to serve, provided that it can perform that role well. Now, onto the actual rate:
I see that you're building this team in-game, so I will try to create movesets that are convienient. I won't include Platinum moves either.
Zapdos
-- Shock Wave and Fly need to go. That doesn't leave any special moves other than Hidden Power left in Zapdos' movepool. With your offensively tailored EVs, your best bet is to use Thunder Wave (heart scale) and U-Turn (game corner). Drill Peck is pretty weak with no Atk EVs, but it'll give you something to do against Grass-types without U-Turning out.
-- If you're open to change your EVs and have a +Def nature, use a Defensive spread with 252 HP/252 Def (for convienience) and Roost, Discharge, Light Screen, U-Turn. Roost is a one-of-a-kind TM and the next two moves can be learned using a heart scale. Leftovers is the best item, but if you don't have a spare one, Magnet or Light Clay is fine.
-- Just for an in-between option, move your Spe EVs over to Atk, and you can use a mixed sweeping Agi-Zapdos. The final result should look something like: 252 Atk & SpA, Thunderbolt, Drill Peck, Agility, U-Turn, and Life Orb. Just so you know, I think this set is really stupid and no one should ever use it. Using this set is like trying to humor your opponent by using Pluck just to see if they have a Lum Berry so your Thunder Wave isn't wasted.
-- Options are pretty limited, mainly because this guy is a legendary. Feel free to drop this guy, if you want.
Swampert
-- Avalanche (one of a kind TM) is best over Ice Beam. Hammer Arm is pretty much only useful in the encounter of an occasional Dark or Ice type. Most of these Pokemon have no business with Swampert anyways. Stealth Rocks (one of a kind TM) is the easiest replacement. Substitute will let you beat incoming Infernapes trying to Grass Knot you. Roar (one of a kind TM) gives you a phazer that'll shut down your opponent's overly buffed Suicune or something like that.
-- If you decide to keep Hammer Arm, Choice Band could work nicely on a set with all offensive moves. If your opponent switches out, it's likely to a Pokemon that you shouldn't be staying in on. Stone Edge (battle tower) is your most reliable answer to Gyarados, so don't forget about that.
Jirachi
-- A defensive Jirachi should always run max HP and Wish (heart scale). The next step is deciding what you fear more: Fire Blast or Earthquake. Max out your defense for that. Or, you can simply let your nature decide for you (best option).
-- With Doom Desire, you can use Wish, Protect, and either Psychic, Thunder, or Toxic. Shouldn't be too hard. Changing legendary Pokemon around is tough (mentally), so I'll just leave it at that.
-- It looks like you only have one Leftovers on this team. Ignore item clause, no one uses it, and get yourself another Leftovers! I think it's found in Victory Road... correct me if I'm wrong. The only other way to get more is by importing/trading, stealing them from wild Munchlax (which are RARE AS HELL) and a 1% chance from the ability Pickup on a Lv.81+ Pokemon.
Tyranitar
-- Save this guy for late game, you don't want SS ruining the rest of your team's longevity. The only reason to bring this guy in early is if your Zapdos U-Turns an Azelf and it hangs on with Focus Sash. That's your cue to finish it off with Sand Stream. Pokemon is fun!
-- If you really want to run a mixed set, use Ice Beam and Fire Blast over Dragon Claw and Thunder. Thunder is bad because it's mainly targeted towards Water-types; Flying-types don't like dealing with Rock and Rock-types don't like dealing with Earthquake.
-- Expert Belt will let you take advantage of your impressive coverage. Life Orb is okay too if you don't mind the recoil. Tyranitar has a billion options, so I won't bother covering them all.
Infernape
-- Good, though you might want Fire Blast over Flamethrower to make up over lost power. 85% accuracy is still pretty reliable.
Umbreon
-- I have this strange feeling in the back of my spine that Umbreon
will **** me with an Umbreon
if I say anything wrong about Umbreon
. Permission to continue rate, sir?
Overall
You have a slight weakness to Ground, Water, and Fighting. Ground and Water are in some common movesets. However, your Ground/Water weaks are the same Pokemon, so you shouldn't worry too much. Once your Zapdos is taken out, you might have some problems with Sceptile. Wow... especially to UltimaScout's Sceptile, ouch. Dugtrio revenges up to 3 of your Pokemon and you don't have any Pokemon with set-up moves to take advantage of your potential free turn. I can't really think of any other Pokemon that would pose a major threat without removing at least two of your Pokemon out of the equation. Not bad. Your opponent won't know about the rest of your team to find that weakness, so you're pretty much set. Good job. I can definetly say this team is lacking a little, maybe a lot, in the offensive department.
