For Blissey: Seismic Toss over Ice Beam. Blissey is meant as a wall, not an attacker - Toss ignores stats for damage dealt.

Everything else looks pretty standard.

Please, don't make Gengar a Subpuncher, I've tried it and Gengar's fragileness makes it hard to use a sucessful Subpunch even with Confuse Ray. Replace the subpunch combo with Shadow Ball, Ice Punch or Giga Drain. oh and give it a Focus Band.

uhhhhh.... Belly Drum? The only thing affected by it is Earthquake, Dragon Dance works better and HP(G) is good for water types and electric blockers such as Swampert so you can keep that.Also, Rest will help you out, but don't use it, you can get a better deal out of Dragon Dance,EQ,HP(G), and Steel Wing soooo give it a Lum Berry.

Toss this. You lack a physical wall, so get one. Steelix, Skarmory, and Forretress are all great choices.
