Okay... I know at first it doesn't seem like the greatest team, but it wins battles. Rate it and give me feedback on how I could improve it?
Lucario: Aura Sphere (Might replace with Close Combat), Bone Rush (Might replace with Earthquake), Shadow Claw, Dragon Pulse (Might replace with Dragon Claw (If he can learn it)).
Roserade: Grass Knot, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball.
Floatzel: Surf, Blizzard (Might switch for Ice Beam, unlikely), Dig, Crunch.
Infernape: Flare Blitz, Close Combat, Earthquake (Might replace with Solerbeam, Power Herb), U-Turn.
Alakazam: Phychic, Energy Ball (Might replace with Shadow Ball), Shock Wave, Focus Blast.
Weavile: Blizzard, Dig, Faint Attack, Aerial Ace.

Keep in mind that this team is only for doubles.

First off, you didn't post in the correct format:
Pokemon @ item
Ability
Nature (+ - )
EVs
~Move 1/alternative
~Move 2/alternative
~Move 3/alternative
~Move 4/alternative

Description

Makes it a little easier to read.

Next, since you didn't post EVs or natures, I assume you don't know much about competitive DPP. You should learn about EVs, IVs, Natures, movesets, general metagame, etc. Also, learn the strengths and weaknesses of your Pokemon individually. I noticed you gave your Weavile, a pokemon with incredibly low sp. atk, Blizzard, a sp. atk. That's not good; instead, give it Ice Punch or Ice Shard.
Having a pokemon with two moves of the same type is overkill. Take your Roserade for example: It has Grass knot and Giga Drain. Giga Drain isn't as useful as Grass knot and they both have the same coverage so replace Giga Drain with a move of a different type.
A team of all attack based pokemon isn't a good idea either. Usually most teams need defense like Skarmory or Blissey.
More help on these kind of things can be found at the stickies at the top of the Rating Room and Poke Center.

Finally, everybody these days does singles, so no one here really can rate a doubles team. Just like in smash how there is a different metagame for doubles than in singles. A guide on it can be found here if you want to stick to it: http://www.smogon.com/dp/articles/double_battles but first you should learn about EVs, IVs, natures, movesets, and general DPP metagame. Those topics are hard at first but it will become second nature. Hope I helped.

EDIT: This belongs in the rating room. >_>

I consider Ice Shard to be too weak, so I gave it Blizzard with a NeverMeltice. It works just fine, most of the time... By the way, I know all about EV's and Nature's, I just didn't feel like posting them. I'll edit everything in soon... And yes, you did certainly help. I'm thinking about maybe getting a Shuckle...

Decent team. Nice work in balancing your team, but .I'm a bit surprised there aren't any Legendaries...

Suggestion: A really powerful Non-Legendary Pokemon would be Garchomp.
Fast, Powerful, and Deadly. What more could you ask for? :)

Proper format please.

Roserade could use Energy Ball > Giga Drain.
Shadow Ball on Kazam over Energy Ball.

And here some some proper Weavile and Luke sets:

~Ice Shard / Ice Punch
~Brick Break
~Pursuit
~Night Slash

Lucario @ Leftovers
Adamant / Steadfast
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
~Clsoe Combat
~Swords Dance
~Crunch
~Stone Edge / Substitute
