Rate my team please!

Lots of people have told me it's awesome but I want to make sure. Here it is. All are level 100.

Spiritomb-Double Team, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse
Porygon Z-Thunderbolt, Psychic, Tri Attack, Ice Beam
Metagross-Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, Calm Mind (I think)
Swampert- Muddy Water, Earthquake, Hammer Arm, Ice Beam
Charizard-Shadow Claw, Fly, Flamethrower, Earthquake
Dragonite-Thunder Punch, Aerial Ace, Dragon Rush, Fire Blast

I'm not sure what the items are because they all have one. Tell me if I need to improve on anything.

Also, don't use Dragon Rush and Aerial Ace on Dnite.

I agree with Mystic, I need to see some EVs and why would Dnite want Aerial Ace?

Metagross + Calm Mind= impossible

Anything with Calm Mind + 3 physical moves= wtf?

Well like I said, I don't really know the moves for him. Notice the "I think" by it. I just know that it's a move that powers up a stat. I just assumed that it was Calm Mind because it was Psychic and it powers up stats.

Generally good Pokemon. (Metagross, Porygon-Z and Dragonite are one of the strongest non-legendary Pokemon) Rreplace Spiritomb with Salamence and get Metagross to learn Psychic instead of Calm Mind.

Psychic? Do you mean zen headbutt? Give metagross agility... it's a psychic move as well. EVs would be helpful... but I assume this team is for casual gaming.
