Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Adament
160Hp/252Atk/96Spe
-Persuit
-Crunch
-Stealth Rock
-Stone Edge

The one problem with this pokemon is that with choice band is that I have to swich out right after I setup Stealth Rock. Most of the time I will swich to Glicor but sometimes i will start out with STAB Stone Edge with Choice Band which can 2HKO most pokemon that cant resist it.

Gliscor@ Leftovers
Impish
40def/216s pe/252
-Earthquake
-Roost
-Knock off
-Aeriel Ace

The reason I chose this pokemon is for two reasons 1. Because he is awsome. 2. Because he is the only pokemon that has Sand Vail in the OU.
FIRST I knock off any item that the other pokemon has. then I Roost until sand storm weakens the other pokemon. Then I use STAB EQ

Lucario@ Life Orb
Adament
252atk/4def/252spe
-Sword Dance
-ExtremeSpeed
-Close Combat
-Ice Punch

I chose Lucario for a good Phisical Sweeper and I figured he would be a good one with swords dance. I put ExtremeSpeed on Lucario so that I can OHKO pokemon with low defence. Also I put ice punch on him for dragons.

Metagross@ leftovers
Impish
12spe/252hp/244def/
-Meteor Mash
-Earthquake
-Thunderbolt
-Explosion

I chose metagross because he can explode and he can use thunderbolt thier isnt much to say about this pokemon he basicly is on this team to resist Sandstorm and Counter garodos

Swampert@ Leftovers
Relaxed
4atk/252hp/252def
-Earthquake
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Protect

This pokemon is a great dragon counter with Ice Beam but can also completely dominate heatran which is pretty common in todays metagame
Protect is just insurence to stay alive and surf is for ground types

Heatran@ Life Orb
Timid
4atk/252spa/252spe
-Fire Blast
-HP Grass
-Earth Power
-Taunt

Heatran is on this team to swich in on any Grass type pokemon that threaten swampert also any Ice Types that are threating any of my ground pokemon he also has HP Grass so that he might get a hit on a pokemon like swampert and taunt to stop a sweep.

Your Metagross is the thing that stuck out to me most.

Why would you not have ANY attack EVs on a non-defensive Metagross? For that matter, why would you not have atk EVs on any Metagross? I understand that what you have is the bulky version of Metagross with TBolt instead of the support move Smogon has listed, but if you have a -SpD nature like Naughty it's not that bulky anyway.

I suggest one of the following builds:

AgiliGross @ Lum Berry/Life Orb/Leftovers
Adamant
108 HP/252 Atk/12 Def/136 Spe
Agility/Rock Polish
Earthquake
Meteor Mash
Thunderpunch/Explosion

TrickGross @ Choice Scarf
Jolly
24 HP/252 Atk/232 Spe
Explosion
Meteor Mash
Thunderpunch
Trick

Both of these are way better than what you have right now.

Also, use this TTar as a lead, it's much better in the sense that you're not locked into one thing.

Tyranitar @ Chesto Berry
Adamant
252 HP/32 Atk/224 SpD
Payback
Stealth Rock
Stone Edge
Rest/Earthquake

Hasn't this always been the standard TTar Lead?

Why Crunch?
It actually outspeeds things. It also doesn't need Payback for the KOs for what it DOESN'T outspeed.

Hasn't this always been the standard TTar Lead?
Nope. I made it, only a few people around this board that have seen it actually use it, the Standard LeadTar is the one in Gates' post. Anyone on Smogon that sees my LeadTar calls it completely nonviable and absolute ****, but it is by far superior to the standard for anyone that actually bothers testing it, so I've been unable to get it on the analysis.

Ohhh I didn't see Jolly and 208 Speed. That makes sense now.

Sleep Talk is for against Roserade and Smeargle leads whose goal is to outspeed you and use Spore.

In the Air, Using Up b as an offensive move
If youre not gonna bother using an offensive metagross dont bother using it at all.

Scarf Flygon makes a perfectly good DDGyara counter and covers up some of your crippling ground weakness. Use Thunderpunch over Stone Edge since you want a guaranteed OHKO on him(no missing)

As a warning, your team is absolutely going to HATE Rotom-A. Its Bulk and typing make it basically unkillable by most of your team, only TTar and Heatran can actually hope to kill it and TTar is very susceptible to WoW. Gengar is also kind of a ***** in general to the Sandstorm ilk but if you have scarf Flygon he's more manageable.

Stall in general is going to wreck you, especially if you find yourself against Lead Skarmory since you currently only have one pokemon immune to spikes and nothing to stop it from setting up right away.

Your also going to have problems in general with bulky waters, Vaporeon especially. You may want to consider Breloom because of this, it can either cripple said pokemon with Spore or beat them outright with Seed Bomb. Another option is Tentacruel or Foretress with Toxic Spikes. Both have their merits, Tentacruel can switch in to anything from Vaporeon with little to no fear due to its monstrous SpDef and can absorb Toxic Spikes if they happen to be up. Forre takes more damage from surfs in general but is immune to Sand Storm and neutral to earthquake.

Understand that Lucario is actually the weakest member on your team right now. Sand Storm teams play more like a mix of bulky offense and stall, there's alot of switching involved and even though Lucario is a potent sweeper, his inability to switch in well will leave you in a bad spot early to mid game. If something were to be switched(after metagross of course cus that set is just silly) Lucario is what should go.
