PAL version btw.

Oh my friend's Peki btw

Match 8 vs peach, and matches vs CF and Sheik are the best, but all are good.

Match #2 has nice counter-usage.

Vs Peach(These demonstrate some useful stuff you can do against peach for the weaker players):

It looks nice, but I have to say, he jumps a little too much. It leaves Marth very open to C.Falcon and Sheik. Especially against Sheik, only jump when you have to. His moves on there own are nice, but he needs to try combo'ing with them more. And with Sheik, always keep above her.

And he countered against Sheik too much.

Also, if you were the person who was that Sheik, you need to use your taps more. Sheik's forward tap traps in Marth for a good while if you follow his DI. And you need to go for tap to fair more. Hahaha, sorry but that Sheik needed some help.

Anyway, that Marth needs to be more patient, it's not the best idea to rush into your opponent with SHFFL. Try grabbing more.

Skillz Marth. Only one problem, you let yourself get shieldgrabbed way too much, maybe switch your game up and hit with the tip of sword or go for the Nair behind them. Nice stuff from both players though.

Watch some KDJ stuff. He follows a person DI with taps. Dash and tilt, just follow him. If he DI's too much upward, it's a fair. And in that video, you should have just went for the edge instead of trying to needle him.

At about 120 or so, a tilt leads into a fair. It's quick and simple.

Tell your Peki to try to keep Sheik above him, the match will go quicker that way. Marth's priority is above and in front of him, he can use grabs to keep a person in that direction. Marth has amazing grab range, so it shouldn't be hard.

Okay. "Watch some KDJ stuff"

I can follow a Marth's DI from ftilts. They just happen to fair before I can reach them if they DI away. Maybe you failed to consider that. Dash and tilt? Sorry, but he can jump before you can reach them. If they DI too much up, fair. I know. That's what I do. I know I should have, but that was then. Good thing you pointed it out though, but this isn't a Sheik forum.

A tilt leads to fair at 20-120%, and 150% for dtilt. I know that all too well. And it's quick and simple. But if the ftilt always gets shieldgrabbed... >_> It's not an autohit-move, and is punishable.

He tried to keep Sheik above him the whole time, and he knows that he should. You probably just read some stickies "Wow, Marth has to keep sheik above him!1!!!" and come here all mighty. I already know that, and it was obvious he was doing that. At least against me. In fact, marth's priority is all around him. He has disjointed hitboxes, you know. His fair just doesn't reach down so fast.

He can use grabs how? If your opponent predicts the grabs, you'll just get punished. And it looks to me that he actually tried to do it.

Do your hw before trying to help. >_>
It's quite pointless trying to help people better than you.

Your friend is very inconsistant with his jump canceled grabs. I also noticed that his spacing was getting better from vid to vid so I'm going to assume that he was still warming up for the first few vids. His spacing could still use a little work, but I don't mean just tipping everything. He likes to use dash cross ups and things to that effect (like fairing and then dashing behind your opponent), but he was actually not close enough to his opponent a few times that he tried it. Also, for opponents like Peach that have high priority behind them I would suggest running further past them than you normally would for characters like Marth or Shiek (who have range, but are not used to using their bairs for this kind of situation or out of shields in general). You could also try dash dancing behind them into a shield to try and go for a shield grab instead of the normall Jump canceled grab that they were expecting. Those are just a few ideas that I'm sure he's probably been tinkering with already.

Man, I don't know why anybody would try to give advice to this guy - all he does it cry and moan if your advice isn't what he wants to hear, obviously.

Why play Pal version? But for the sake of staying on topic, your friends is kind of good, not bad.

sorry this is off topic but Ijuka are you going epita
No clue.

The Newb, useless advice is useless.

Sonic Wave, I'm pretty sure he does the occassional dash grabs intentionally. But that's some good stuff otherwise. o.O

And no, Marth doesn't **** everyone. CF, Sheik Falco come to mind.
