Just to answer some of your questions; you are tounrnament material, but you need to work on your fox A LOT. You seem to have trouble on some decision makings and tech(some) skills. You can execute better moves and play smarter when it comes down to actual opponents.
And your friend needs help too on pretty much everything

anyways u could have chaingrabed him more fore u did upsmash, and i'm sure ery1 already said this but u need 2 work on shffling a lot more, and also spam him w/ lasers, even tho he will do the same he spam's slower than u, even if u get hit continue spamin, and he'll end up with more damage(sry, that mite b n00bish advice), and once u reflect a laser do it in mid air with a short hop & jump out of downb as fast as u can-then if he gets hit nair shffl him-followed by a fsmash.

since u can't waveshine a falco, 4 best results drill kick him - l cancle - jc grab - chain grab till he gets to at least 35% or more...not sure - then upsmash - then spam him w/ lasers from a full jump in the direction he flies.
