watched the mewtwo match. More dair and uair. and grabs. It seemed like most of the time you just kinda dashed around and threw out knees. Which isn't a bad thing of course, but you gotta mix it up more. Throw out nair more often, when retreating too.

I think you need to techchase Falcon Punch more and use stomps.
Spammimg Falcon punch is never a good idea. But yeah, use more stomps, learn some combos. Learn effective grab combos for sure. Against a Zelda, grab combos are deadly. 4/10

5/10 thar; I posted some up in Ninja link's zelda thread.

Basically in the M2 vid all you were doing was spamming the knee, occasionally mixing it up with the nair, and trying to react and dodge around that M2. You have GOT to get some mindgames there if that's your plan, and have got to learn to spot grabs. Be more mobile, learn to use your full jump and stomp better, learn to combo floaties with up-airs and downthrows, and learn to abuse basic janx like your dashdance against low tiers. Also practice your reflexes (I know a few drills, just PM me).

OMFG!!!!

MY falcon is horrible!!! T_T

I should just stick to Peach >____<!!!!!!!

Ha ha ha. Well yea, Im not all that Peachy with Falcon. I have a teching problem. I cant time it right. and with falcon, its a must. So I get comboed easy and such. Thats why I dont really like to be in my enemy at times. I'll try top mix things up, though it will be kinda hard. I have a hard time controlling him. and I can seem to do his basic combos. (not isai or darkrain combos) But the easy ones like a few up air to a knee, etc. I'll keep working on him though, thanks for the advice people.

5/10. Too much wavedash, not enough grabs, not enough tech-chasing, too much knee, not enough nair, not enough isai stomp, not enough shffl'd uair.

Not a terrible Falcon tho

Hmm yes Peach's style is more of a bide your time and counter method unless your opponent is camping. I pretty much echo what everyone here said already. But to add my bit, your Falcon is only as good as how well you control the match, through tech chases and combos coupled with mindgames. Once you lose control, you essentially lose the match since CF is so combo-able by everyone else and one slip up could have made a big difference in who loses the stock.

Also, ledge-techs are important for every character, but for Falcon even moreso because his recovery sucks that bad. Make ledge-teching second nature if you haven't already, because you can survive from a marth's fsmash or even a falco's dair. (I doubt Peach needs to ledge-tech much because of her disjointed umbrella, though I may be wrong.)

I hope you get to play some top teirs soon (with vids :)), those are real tests.

I don't need to watch this video to know that a peach player can not play a falcon.

Get some skills, and then try.

Nah don't quit. You got some potential. Not everyone just picks up falcon and starts owning with him. It takes practice and dedication so don't quit and keep it up.
