Rafael Nadal wins Wimbledon

One of the greatest matches in the history of tennis. Nadal outlasts Federer 6-4, 6-4, 6-7 (5-7), 6-7 (8-10), 9-7 to become the first player to win both the French Open and Wimbledon since Bjorn Borg. Federer choked away the first two sets, Nadal choked away the next two, but it lead to an amazing finish.

I thought Federer would win coming into the match, but I was rooting for Nadal all the way. Congratulations to Rafa!

i like playing tennis but i'm not a huge fan of watching it on tv, but even i could not help but love that match it was truly amazing maybe the best match ever and defently the best match i have ever seen.

I enjoyed the 5th set also, and I thought it was a pretty classy finish by both.

But did anyone see that obnoxious reporter interview both players after they got inside? I hope he's fired. It was awkward and uncomfortable for me, and I wasn't even there.

Nadal is my favorite player ever. I'm glad he finally won. There had been too much talk saying he can only win on Clay. It wont be long before he takes the number one spot in my opinion.
