R.O.B. Infinite - Slwo motion/Explination?

I'm just wondering, as this is like the most ********/amazing infinite i've seen, anyone got a guide for how to do this?

I haven't tried it yet, but i've heard it's hard to do. I've try it on training mode but any tips/anything would be great!
