General:
So this tournament will be at my house, but also a day before I have to go back to school. So everyone will have to be done by 9:00.

It'll be in my basement, which is pretty good for smash tournaments.

Prices and Prizes:
$5 Brawl Singles(/person)
$10 Brawl Doubles(/team)
$5 MVC:3
$5 Spaghetti(Homemade)

1st Prize 60%
2nd Prize 30%
3rd Prize 10%/Entry Fee

Schedule:
11:00-12:00 Arrive, Warm-ups, Registration
12:00-3:30 Doubles Bracket
4:00-6:30 Singles Bracket
6:30-7:00 Spaghetti Break/Grand Finals
7:00-9:00 MvC3 Tournament *F-Zero GX tournament(Maybe)
We have to be out of there by 9:00 so I can get back to school

Stage Selection Procedure(Best of 3)

1. Both players choose their character
-If there is any dispute on character choices, double blind pick will be used. The character will be revealed before stage selection begins.
2. Get to the Stage Select Screen and P1 says a stage.
-Characters are locked at this point.
3. P2 decides if it's agreeable or not.
-If agreeable, the match begins on that stage.
-If not, P1 can choose any other stage and begins the match.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 except P1 switches positions with P2.
5. If it's still 1-1, 3rd match will be stage strike​

For the tiebreaker round, Stage striking will be 3-4-1 Fashion with the first player having First Strike.

All finals matches will be Best of 5, but it'll start with Stage Strike and then move to Counterpick.

Counterpick:

Basic Rules:
3 Stock 8 Minute
All matches BO3 except GF which are BO5
No Standing Grab Infinites(DDD's, Ness and Lucas)
Mage´s DQ Rule will be used.
-2 Minutes Late: Warning/Loss of first stock
-4 Minutes Late: Loss of first match of set
-6 Minutes Late: Loss of set
Bring your own Controller(s)
Stalling is Banned and if I see it I´ll be mad.

MvC3 Rules:
99 seconds
Best of 3
No handicap
Training Room banned.

F-zero rules:
-4 people will play a set of 3 races(first of either Ruby or Emerald Cup), top two move onto the next round.
-Whatever's unlocked on the Gamedata is a-okay.

You can use any stage on both lists, it's just when the Tiebreaker goes that's when the neutral stage strike goes into effect.

Also we are only using the system for best of 3. Best of 5 is the regular system.

Except on Port Town Aero Dive, you can do whatever you want there.

If you're gonna do consecutive ledge grabs, I'd say 5. There are times when its hard to get on stage with certain characters, say Pikachu vs Marth, and if Marth knew that after 3 grabs I would jump on stage, then me, as Pikachu, would be boned. Or just ban planking for like only MK and Pit.

Actually, there's like 3 Tv's in my basement, which is the same amount as we had at Mt. Mercy. That and 2 more upstairs that we could possibly use if need be. I'll still need everyone to bring their Wii's though. Ngamer with the Xbox too for Marvel, Nick's bringing his Ps3 and another F-Zero. So we should be good.

A more legit number for consecutive ledge grabs would be 5, considering Yoshi can only Egg throw that many times/Ike can only aether that many times.
