Quick question

Alright, first off, I'm sorry if this doesnt go here. I'm just hoping someone will answer me and then you can close this.

So since melee I always thought sandbagging was when you shield and grab out of it. My friend tells me I'm wrong and tells me what it says on smashwiki about playing poorly in friendlies so people don't see how good you are or something.

Am I completely wrong and stupid?

That's basically sheildgrabbing when you block and grab afterwards.

It's ok. I didn't know what sandbagging was either. I think I'll try it on someone so I can destroy them in the next match. Kinda like hustling.
