what beats mks tornado? Up B?(because of invincibilty frames maybe?)
Also are marios tilts/tilts/smashes/ safe on shield?

up smash, upb, fsmash, fludd, cape, (fireball+nair off the top of the nado)

and his tilts are sometimes safe depending on his opponent,

His down smash and up smash have some rather respectable shield push back for having the low amount of lag that they have. Fsmash is safe on Luigi...and I think the Ice Climbers.

Keep your FLUDD charged, then when he unleashes the tornado, quickly try to shoot him off the edge.
