My main has been falco for like... 4 months, but i played marth right when brawl came out, so I'm just going by my old style here xD Tell me what you think.

In a nutshell: Too much f-smash. Too much melee style Marth.

Maybe you're right, but the fact is that almost all of those fsmashes hit and worked. You can use fmash a lot more than normal against peach, stops peaches dair approach (which is can be a 50 damage combo if done right - owch)

if f-smash works think for a second about what other approaches work.

if the peach didn't just rush in every time and was patient once in a while your f-smash would have missed simple as that. i realize it's a friendly but that wouldn't fly in a tourney.

He's just saying f-smash may work against this person, but dont get in the habit of abusing it, because it will NOT work on everybody. And it goes stale awfully fast so when you need to kill it may be a problem. So be sure to recharge it with dancing blade.

I do believe that's what I did. Wasn't my best match, it was a stoned friendly, but it was pretty dece. I'm fully aware that I would need to mix up more nairs and fairs etc if I wasn't playing somebody who was so easy to approach.

Nah, that Peach looked a lot better than your Marth. Whoever it was is really good.

Never heard of him, but then again I don't know too many good Peaches. I might check him out.


And on topic use less Fsmash, definitely. It can be hard to get used to not using it as much, I'm in that process now, but it's better to not use it as much as you do.
