Ive seen metagross egg sprites, this should be allowed.

I'm sorry, but this just doesn't make sense that we have a pokemon egg that can hatch into a Flareon

I don't see anything really wrong with an evolved Pokemon egg-look-alike.
As long as you can tell what the egg is based off of, it should be fine (in my opinion.)
It allows for more choices, anyways.
