THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT TO PLAY ONLINE!

It is a FREE update you're able to download before the game comes out. Obviously, if you're going to download the full game, this is the perfect moment to act now as the eShop will stress from multitudes of players looking forward to do the same. Still, I also encourage players who will buy the retail version to download before you head out, because if you buy the game first, it will take a good while for you to get the update after. If you have any questions regarding to the update, please contact Nintendo Support for more information.

Happy Smashing!

Does it patch the giant Yoshi glitch? I kind of wanted to play around with that a bit.

For one day. I'm guessing it also leads to more severe bans when doing it again. Hopefully, this also covers some odd glitches that weren't supposed to be in the game. In face, there were a lot of glitches. Game Testers didn't do their job right, I suppose.

Just because they didn't catch everything doesn't mean they failed at their job.

Glitches don't make a game bad either. Melee has a ton of glitches. A ton of games that the speedrunning community plays have glitches. If anything gliches are what make a good game.

Glitches are what also make a bad time for players. That infinite samus can do to shulk? That's not fun, bro. I understand what you mean, but I don't want to play just to piss people off, or myself. I want it to be fair play.

Does it bother anyone else that the exclamation mark on the bottom screen is always there even if you checked it already? How are we supposed to know when there's something new? (I know it sparkles but that doesn't exactly jump out at you, the speech bubble should have turned red instead)
