Bazkip's article is pretty good.

If you have other issues you can always go to /r/buildapc to ask questions, or for more immediate help, their IRC.

Most processors should have an arrow on it in a corner that lines up with another small arrow on the motherboard's CPU slot. The pins should also only line up in one orientation, but experimenting with that is a pretty bad idea considering a bent pin will suck.

well I might as well continue my series of rants about katawa shoujo with hanako and her good ending

hanako's route is really quality. I probably had a personal issue with it in that whenever I talked to lilly I just wanted to be in her route instead because lilly is best girl but hanako is amazing in her own right. She can kinda be annoying and one-dimensional at the beginning but near the end it gets much better. Although the sex scene was kinda weird (goddamnit hisao ask for consent will you), the development of hanako's character into someone who is actually able to express her sexual desires is great. There were definitely lots of feelings involved in her route and watching her kinda "grow up" is probably one of the better parts of the game so far. I haven't played Rin's route yet but hanako's is probably the best route so far, despite lilly being the best girl.

and emi will still forever hold a place in my heart for reminding me of my highschool girlfriend
Hanako's h scene is supposed to be awkward. Neither of them are doing what they want, they're doing what they think they're supposed to want. Also hanako's route isn't a complete story imo. There's a fan novel titled Sisterhood that finishes it up.

Messing with expensive technology is making me nervous, almost anxious/nauseous
Ugh
I spent $250 on that chip looking thing, and it was heavy for its size, conclusion, processors are made of solidified magic

I finally broke down and bought USF4.

Now I need to find a source that explains the game in a simple way for some one not very familiar/good with traditional fighting games. Cause it feels weird and have no idea what I am suppose to be doing. :L

So ultra is a really deep game, build around footsies in neutral and the oki/wake up game. It's hard as balls, a little slower paced neutral but execution has to be on point to do the simplest combo.
This isn't a perfect to place to start but it's a good read

Generally you want to space your good moves vs opponents, try to get an opening from thrm not blocking (the correct direction) or spacing your moves with good timing so you get whiff punishes, and covert off those openings. Try not too let your opponent do that to you. Once you get hit, depending on the character, you are at varying levels of disadvantages, ranging from just not having frame advantage/positioning in neutral, to being stuck in the corner blocking mixups, or just getting stuck in oki vortexes and unblockables.

Play people worse than you to practice your offense (combos, hit-confirms, blockstrings, okizeme).
Play people around your skill level to learn matchup knowledge and neutral game.
Play people better than you to learn defense.

Okay am confus again
The wires in the case for my comp do not have the same labels as the manual for my motherboard. Particularly the pin plug-ins. The motherboard manual tells me HDLED+ and HDLED- go side by side on panel 1 of pins, but the case came with 1 wire for both of them, marked HDDLED, and no other markings, so I dunno how to orient it. Also the manual has several pins marked GND, but I have no wires for those, meanwhile those GND marked pins are taking up spots next to where the two-pin reset switch and powerbutton switch wires should plug in. Does GND just mean it's an empty spot meant to be taken up by the other half of a two-pin wire?
