I have no idea who that is. The TO for McSmashter has been a great friend of mine since we went to middle/high school together (he has no idea who it is either, he was just assuming it was me too), so I was planning on going but my sudden need to a buy another car (my old car couldn't pass inspection, wasn't worth sinking money to try to get it to pass) left me without the funds to go.
I did finally get a passport in the expectation that I was going to go, so hopefully I can make it to the next big Ontario tourney.

That reaction time test is complete bogus in terms of most games because A) There's only one variable to react to, being the green flash, and B) You already know it's coming, and are always anticipating it. It's why people eat high-low mixups all the time in 2D fighters even though they're perfectly reactable in a vaccuum. There's far too many variables to consider.
