We don't see that because screaming all of your lines as a Japanese VA means you sound passionate to us as listeners and never called what it is, simply overacting.

If a dub actor did that they would be crucified for it.

GUYS I JUST HAD A GAME IDEA.

I'm sketching up concept stuff for a Melee-like with rhythm based combos, a swingin' idealized prohibition-era theme, moves based on dances of various genres, and a soundtrack that I can only dream sounds like something out of Baccano!!!

Thoughts? Concerns? Early dream-crushing criticism?

Okay, I'll bite. What's the problem here? That's way more pick attack than I usually go for ( makes my pick technique sound almost Holdsworth-esque), but it's not out of place in an 80s/power themed piece at all. Dial up the compression and dig in is pretty par for the course there.

...haha, here I am talking like I use a pick on a regular basis. Fingers are where it's at.

YESH!!! It was a two chapter python-based Fire Emblem clone. :/ Still, I did that on my own with no reference to Fire Emblem's scripts.

Edit: I've also been breaking into simple 2.5D platformer demos.

no im an audio engineers son so I listen to all music like im trying to pick it apart for editing. just kinda picked it up by osmosis i guess.

nothings really wrong with it i just personally don't like it especially since im the kinda person who sits down and listens to one track for hours on end. also yea fingers are where it's at if you know what i mean
